Tony

Tony didn't have many friends just one. Jack was his friend since kindergarten, everyone else thought he was weird. It might have been the shirt he hadn't taken off since he was in kindergarten, it could have been that he never spoke during class, or the way his eyes were always covered by his black hair. Most kids didn't even know his eye color, which would just make them think he was stranger. His eyes were acid green and seemed to glow in the dark. Tony didn't really care if he was an outcast at school, he just hoped that someday he would fit in somewhere.

It was October 22, almost the best holiday ever, Halloween. Halloween was the one night Tony could be someone else and not worry about failing grades, being avoided, or even Dirk, who took every chance possible to embarrass or hurt Tony. One day when Tony was walking to class, He felt something wet trickling down his back. Dirk cracked an egg on top his head. Tony rushed to class wishing he had punched Dirk right in his overlarge nose. An hour later when the bell rang dismissing everyone to break, Tony found Jack talking to his girlfriend Penny. Penny walked away at the sight of him. "Don't take it offensively." Jack told Tony. "Why should I? The whole school treats me like that." Tony replied. They walked to the cafeteria and Tony got his wallet out, Jack got free lunches because his dad was a veteran.

After school Jack and Tony, who was spending the night at Jack's, got on Jack's bus which, unfortunately was also Dirk's bus. "Hey moron, wash your hair, it smells like eggs!" Dirk yelled out when Tony got on the bus. After ignoring the echos of laughter that erupted, Tony and jack sat down in the nearest empty seat. "So, tried anything new lately Tony?". Jack said to try to take Tony's mind off of Dirk. "Well I've learned that neon green lights can be slightly hypnotic, meaning if I wanted to, I could hypnotize

someone with my eyes." Tony said with a slight smirk. "Someone like Dirk?" Jack asked. "How, do you know how you could do it?" Jack asked. "Yes, I do." Tony said. "Revenge is within our grasp!" Jack said triumphantly.
