Chapter 2

I pulled into my drive way the trees causing the place to look like walking dead guards were holding fort, I sighed turning off the car and getting out. I walked up the porch steps and glanced back at the car, no dent but I was sure I hit something. I shook my head and unlocked the door and went inside looking around "Rick?" No answer, I sighed shrugging must be stuck at the office oh well. I trudged up the steps and into my room throwing my bag on my chair I turned around and locked my door and stripped, I walked into my bathroom and turned on the water to the tub. I sighed sitting on the edge watching the water flow into the porcelin bowl, the waters sound giving off a calming effect. 

Soon the tub was full with clear promising water, steam floated up and fogged up my mirrors I shrugged stepping into the skin searing water. I sunk down into the water to where only my nose and eyes were above surface, my long hair flowing out around my face like tenticals ready to attack. The steam floated up and around me in whisp of light air, I tried to keep my mind from going back to what happened early on the road but my thoughts werent in control. I could still see the black blob of shadows running infront of my car and then the bang of metal on something, but when I got out no dent and no creature I swear I might be loosing my mind. 

I rolled my eyes and sunk myself deeper into the water until, I was consumed by the steaming liquid I felt calm underneath this quiet surface and nothing could reach me. Then of course reality kicked in and I needed air, I rose from the water breaking the calm surface to gulp down air. I sighed leaning back and running my hand over my hair to push it out of my face, I looked up at the clock on my bathroom wall and gave a exhausted sigh. I pulled the drain stopper and stood up putting one foot over one side of the tub and the other following, I felt languid and slow my body wanting to fall and sleep. I shook my head and grabbed my towel wrapping it around my body, I walked to my mirror and swiped my hand acrossed it to clear the fog.

I grabbed my tooth brush and scrubbed my teeth, staring dulley at my reflection and spitting into the sink. When I looked back up I saw someone standing behind me, I spun around and there was no one there. My heart was pounding and my ears were filled with the sound of my heart and blood pumping like a over active factory, the hell was that? Was is my imagenation or was it.... impossible. I shook my head and turned back to my medicine cabnet and grabbed a tylenol, I took it quickly and sighed walking back into my bedroom and too my closet. I grabbed a pair of underwear and a long sleve t-shirt, comfort was needed with my mind tripping over itself. 

My hair was now damp and drying slowly as I pulled back my covers and slipped under them, my room was dark except for the full moons light as it shined through my window. I snuggled down deeper into my bed and turned my back onto the rest of my room, I sighed feeling relief wash over me as I remembered tomorrow is Saturday. I smiled slightly as I drifted off into my deep dark dreams state known as my mind.

 "We cant risk it." I heard voices arguing over something, no someone. I stepped catiously around the corner and looked around curiously, when I spotted Rick and some other man his back was turned to me.
