My body was on fire, I was currently dancing with the others for the performance. The stage is lit up with such bright lights and i'm so warm, why did they decide to introduce me like this?

Now, you may ask just what we are doing? well, my name is Y/n L/n, and i'm part of the Splatlets. We are a group who comes from an island discovered not too long ago, and right now we are absolutely destroying the musical scene seeing as we have much different tastes then the people here. out language was completely different, and we can do things normal people cant, we can make our voices sound wobbly and even turn into squids, although we look exactly like normal people! My friend Marina was the one to find me and invite me to the group, they gave me the stage name "pearl" and I kind of like it. They haven't introduced me yet... which is why i'm on this stage dancing, they wanted people to meet me and come on with a bang, something flashy and unexpected.

I took in a deep breath as Marina tossed the microphone to Marie, I turned around quickly as I flung my hat off the stage, grabbing onto the mic with my free hand as I started, out of breath but keeping up with the pace thanks to how evolved my body is.

-Ahri POV-

I smiled as I clapped to the beat Marina was singing, turning to Akali and her friends from True Damage, "See! I told you they were good!" She rolled her eyes as Ekko and Qiyana giggled. I turned back hearing The music go quick before Marina flung the microphone to Marie, only to have Marie fling it to one of the backup dancers. Holy shit a new member! My eyes widened as my jaw dropped, staring at the new member. She had H/L H/c colored hair, E/c Eyes and a long, pink jacket which looked like it was dripping into white, A loose white tank top, Black shorts and boots, and a white and pink crown on her head. "The just introduced a new member!" I announced happily as Kai'sa and Evelynn cheered to my right. 

Ekko, Akali and Yasuo turned to me all surprised, "New member? That's one way to introduce someone, these guys sure are different," Yasuo smiled as he turned back, although Ekko started freaking out a bit, Akali just smiled, commenting on how good they are.

-Time skip Y/n POV-

I let out a breath of air as I sucked down water from an ice cold bottle they had prepared. I jumped a bit as Marina tackled into me, Marie and Callie both coming over to congratulate me on how well I did under all that pressure. 

Callie clasped her hands together as she leaned next to me, "You did great Y/n! everyone loved you so much!" She exclaimed bouncing a bit before Marie nodded turning from her sister to me, "I also got all of us an interview and an opportunity to hang out with some of the best artists around" She smiled at me, I smiled up at her before going back to chugging my water.

Today was a good day.
