Chapter 2

The cafe doesnt look packed. Maybe because today is weekdays. One young lady take a sip of her americano while keep her eyes in the cafe's door, indicate she waiting for someone. Not long after, a wide smile formed. A young ladies with baggy cloth and cap approached her. Once she take a seat, she removed the mask that cover her beautiful face.

"Soeun ah, sorry im late. Just finished training," she said while looking at her friend.

"Its okay. I know you and your group quiet busy nowadays. I should said sorry because i ask you to meet me," said Soeun.

"No. Its okay. I dont mind at all. But, why you want to meet? And you dont even want to tell through kakaotalk," Myungeun curious.

"Ahh, are you free this weekend?" Soeun asked, hesitantly.

"This weekend? Why?" Myungeun tried to remember her schedule.

"Actually my friend asked me to join his vacation group. He said i can bring my friend too. Thats why im asking you," explained Soeun.

"As far as i remembered i dont have any plan for next week.

"Wanna join us?" Soeun asked.

Myungeun didnt give the answer immediately. She look at Soeun. She knew Soeun really wamt her to join.

"Okay, let me ask my manager first" said Myungeun while take out her phone dialling her manager's number.

Myungeun - "Oppa"

Manager - "Oh Myungeun ah, Why?"

Myungeun - "Oppa, i dont have any schedule right this weekend?"

Manager - "As far as i remember, no. But you and the rest of your members will get busy the following week. Why?"

Myungeun - "Ani, Soeun have some plan. She want to ask me to join her short vacation with her other friends"

Manager - "Only girls?"

Myungeun - *hesitate* "wait a minute"

"Soeun ah, the vacation later only girls will participate, right" Myungeun ask Soeun.

"No, there will be boys too," answer Soeun.

Myungeun - "oppa, Soeun said there will boys too"

Manager - "Myungeun, we will take about this later".

After ended the call with her manager, Myungeun look at Soeun.

"Why?" Soeun said.

"I need to discuss about this with my manager first. Im sorry i cant give my answer yet" Myungeun feel sorry for Soeun.

"Its me should say sorry. I didnt tell you first about this," Myungeun still look gloomy.

"Wanna go to shopping?" Soeun said. Myungeun look at her. A moment later, Myungeun nod with smile.

They spend almost 3 hours to do window shopping. Well, they still bought the items that caught their attention.

Suddenly a notification enter Myungeun's phone.

'Myungeun, the CEO want to meet you,' the message from her manager.

"Soeun ah, mianhae. My CEO want to meet me. Maybe want to talk about the short vacation," Myungeun look gloomy.

"Its okay Myungeun. Im sure your CEO will let you join me," Soeun really hoping Woollim's CEO give permission to Myungeun to join her and other friends.

After saying good bye, Myungeun take a cab and back to Woollim's biilding.

Woollim Ent

The CEO, Lee JungYeop look so busy with his work when he heard a knock on the door.

"Come in," CEO Lee.

"Daepyonim" Myungeun greeted the CEO.

"Oh Myungeun ah, have a seat,"

"Why you want to meet me, CEO-nim?" Asked Myungeun. Eventhough deep down she knew the reason, still she need confirmation.

"I heard from manager, Hyunsuk that you got invitation to join a short vacation with your friend. It is true?" His voice sound firm and strict.

Gulp.

Myungeun lost for words. She dont know how to answer.

"Myungeun, im asking you a question," he asked again. Myungeun just nodded.

"Do you know who other people gonna join you later?" Another question thrown by the CEO and Myungeun just shook her head.

CEO Lee let a deep sigh.

"Look Myungeun, its not like i try to control who you can go out or whatsoever. Im asking because im concern. Especially when i got informed by your manager, there will be boys and you dont even know them," Myungeun just keep silent.

"I trust you with your female friend, but i dont trust the boys. Im not saying you cant join the vacation. I just want you to take precaution step. You always naive and innocent and ill-intention boy will take that as advantage. So be careful. Even your manager voiced their concern and worry when they found out the boys will join the vacation," Myungeun look confused.

'Did CEO allow me to join the vacation or not,' Myungeun questioning herself.

"I allowed you to join that vacation group, but i want you be extra careful. If some boys have ill-intention, inform me or your manager, Understand?" CEO Lee give his permission. Myungeun cant contained her happiness.

"Thank you CEO-nim," said Myungeun, loudly. Typical Myungeun when she got excited.

"When you take off for your vacation?" Asked CEO Lee.

"This weekend" Myungeun immediately answered him.

CEO Lee take out his wallet and hand Myungeun his black credit card. Myungeun puzzled.

"Use this card during your vacation," explained The CEO.

"It is okay for me to use this card?" Myungeun hrsitate to take that card.

"You are not the only one who used this card. Your senior, Sunggyu also used this card when he won a game in the past. And he used this card really well," CEO flashbacked amount Sunggyu spent.

Half hesitate, half excited, Myungeun take the card.

After thanked her CEO, Myungeun left to her dorm.

Lovelyz's Dorm

When Myungeun entered the dorm, Yein greeted her.

"Unnie, you home?" Yein.

"Yup," Myungeun give short answer.

Kei, Jiae and Sujeong busy preparing the dinner. While Mijoo, Jisoo, Yein and Babysoul setup the table.

"How your hangout with Soeun?" Asked Babysoul.

"Soeun asked me to join her vacation with some of her friend," told Myungeun

"So are you going?" Mijoo.

"Yup," Myungeun.

Before they can continue their conversation, Juyeon interupted them.

"Myungeun, go take a shower and change your clothes. Dinner will get ready in 30," Jiyeon said from the kitchen.

"Arasso unnie," Myungeun immediately left to her room. Before taking a shower, Myungeun typed something on her phone and press button send. After sending the message, she entered the bathroom.

A moment later, a notification enter.

'Soeun, my CEO allowed me to join you this weekend' - Myungeun

'Wah really?!! Im so excited. See you this weekend. I will text you later about tentative,' - Soeun.
