Rubys POV

I was sitting in my "room" which is just the attic of my "family's house" which consists of a hard mattress, and a desk. I have no where to put my clothes and ever since my mom died my "father" Tai would abuse and beat me bloody.

Tai: LITTLE SHI TGET DOWN HERE RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!

Ruby: COMING

Tai: why did you break this plate?!

Ruby: I didn't i was in my ro-

Tai cut me off and slapped me
Tai: DON'T LIE TO ME LITTLE SHIT!!!

Ruby: but I'm not lying, I was in my room for the past 3 days so I don't know how i could break the plate.

Tai then punches me in the gut and face.

Tai: DON'T GET SMART WITH ME LITTLE SHIT!!!

Ruby: But its true

Tai then proceeds to punch and kick me and then tells yang to come and help him and she does. After about an hour of beating i was thrown in my room and left there in a bloody mess.

TimeSkip 2 hours

'Knock' knock'
Yang: ruby I'm coming in

Ruby: why are you here yang?

Yang: to say sorry for helping tai beat you.

Ruby: Why would u apologize you where enjoying yourself while beating me

Yang.: He threatened to beat me if I didn't help and I have Proof

Yang shows ruby bruises and cuts on her arms and back

Third POV

As ruby and yang were talking tai heard everything and went to the kitchen to get a knife. When Tai got the knife he stormed to Ruby's room and broke the door down.

Tai: so thats how you feel about me, huh.

Tai: well i am going to punish both of you starting with ruby.

Tai walks towards Ruby with the knife.

Ruby: Tai what are you-

Was all ruby could say before being stabbed and the abdomen

But as soon as Tai was about to finish ruby off something or someone came through the attic window

Tai: WHAT THE FUCK DOING YOU THINK YOUR DOING TO MY WINDOW!!!!!

Y/N: Broke it because you were about to kill this little girl and i cant let you do that

Tai just rushed at Y/N only for Y/n to take out his scythe and cut Tai's head clean off

Yang: Ruby, Ruby stay with me please. Your 8th birthday is tomorrow. Oh please dont die

Y/N walks over and looks at the girl and says

Y/N: little girl do you wish to live?

Ruby: Y-Yes I-I d-d-d-do

Y/n: very well. Hells Gate!

When Y/N says that a Gates Opens outside and two demon Brutes come out. Y/N picks Ruby up bridal style and take her to the gate and tells yang

Y/n: since i believe you are her sister would you like to come with us?

Yang: YES!!!!

Y/N: ok

The two demon brutes see Y/n and bow but when they see yang they get into a defensive stance which scares yang

Y/n: stand down!

Y/n shouts and the demons back off but then someone else comes out of the gate which looks to be a human

Y/N: hello father

Lucifer: hello son might i ask why you are carrying a little girl Bridal style and why there is another girl following you.

Y/n tells his father the story and his father understands and tells yang to come closer

Yang is very hesitant but mostly scared.

Y/n: dont worry he wont hurt little children especially little girls.

Lucifer: little one i only plan on carrying you to my castle so you dont have to walk

Yang agrees and Lucifer picks her up and they all enter the gate and the gate closes behind them

Hey guys this is a reboot of my first book and if you would plz leave advise in the comments and what i should do for a first chapter and their are two options
1 ruby dies and is revived as a high demon and lives with Y/N and his father
or
2 ruby lives and is trained for 3 years before being sent to signal

But yang is at beacon starting her first year since she was already going to signal
