this story is going to take place in 1959, just like the movie.
this book is not going to be exactly like the film. i will be adding my own little twist to things so this story can be considered my own.
i will list which idols play which character, except for sandy. whenever i read a story, i like to imagine the female lead instead of having an idol in her place.
i obviously won't use the names that are used in the movie because then this won't be a fanfiction; i am simply putting what character the idol is 'playing' so you as a reader can get a sense of what their position is.
