Dear Diary,

Kori woke up!!! I’m so glad she did even though she woke up screaming ‘get away, now!’ I hugged her so much; I was so worried about her! I felt horrible at the fact it was my fault. I shouldn’t have brought her and I shouldn’t have let her wander behind me. If I was a responsible person I would have put her safety before food.

Kori said that what took her looked like a mutant monkey and dad said that wasn’t possible.
How did she escape? Well she kicked it in the face when it tried to bite her. Hurt, the thing ran off. I was so glad it didn’t hurt her because I love my little sister so much.
