"Alright miss Schnee, whenever you're ready": "Very well, my name is Weiss Schnee, I would like to see the...the heathen who did this to me put away! <Weiss then heald up her arm reveling now very faded writing that appears to be written in sharpie>, I'm sorry this entire ordeal has tried my patience. I was enjoying a good book when it happened, Smart Peoples Guide to Dolts, to be precise. I didn't think anything of it h...he was just so innocent at the time then he struck. It was so fast, I never even heard the cap come off. I would say the entire incident lasted about four maybe five seconds at most. I saw him run out of the library laughing gleefully, it must have taken me a second to realize that before he ran off he had said: "My Weiss". <inaudable sobbing>, I just thought he wanted someone to keep Blake away from him!"

Weiss Schnee, a huntress in training, was alone in the library. Miss Schnee is a member of Team RWBY, there were no witnesses. When I asked for the security footage, I was told: "the cameras were down for scheduled maintenance". There was no evidence left behind. This is currently an ongoing investigation.
