I have a bit of a confection to make. These last couple months, I haven't really been taking care of myself. I haven't paid attention to my health at all. I haven't been eating lunch, I haven't practiced good hygiene, and I have ignored pain and injuries. The last past week however, I have made a change. I've decided to start taking care of myself again. 

I've started getting more than three hours of sleep most nights. I've built up enough willpower to wake up and follow a healthy morning routine. I even started drinking water. Overall I feel better about myself. (Just a little bit though, brushing my teeth isn't gonna make me love myself.)
