"911, what is your emergency?"

"Hello...There's been a murder."

"A murder? What is-"

The phone was smashed and the blood was wiped off the knife, thrown on the table with their slit throats and tied hands.

It was a piece of art, it was beautiful art, and they'd love it. He would love it, he'd be proud!

-- A Few Hours Earlier --

"Good morning, Mr. Novak!" Jo ran up to Castiel's front desk and smiled, wide. Her hands rested behind her back and Castiel raised an eyebrow.

"Jo, good morning. You look extra happy today?"

The blonde frowned, looking down at Castiel's neck, "Mr. Novak. You're not very good at hiding that." She pointed at the bruises and Castiel flushed pink, "O-oh thank you, Jo."

Castiel pulled up his collar and the blonde smiled, "I got you something."

She presented her gift and Castiel looked down at the box, it was a square shaped box of chocolates.

"Chocolate?"

"I just thought you deserved a gift. You're a great teacher and deserve something."

Castiel smiled at her, he didn't have the heart to tell poor Jo he didn't like chocolate much. He never did.

"Well, thank you! I'll be enjoying these for sure."

The blonde smiled wide, "I also have one for Ms. Bradbury at lunch."

"She'll love it."

Jo smiled again, walking away from his desk and down to hers, in front of him.

When Castiel's classes were over and lunch break started he headed right for the lounge to get some coffee. He hadn't slept correctly the night before, and he was running late this morning.

Walking back to his small table in the corner of the room, there was a smell that caught his attention, Bourbon and vanilla.

He turned, nothing. He began to feel sick. At the smell, he only knew one person who could obtain it, but he was just being silly, stupid, he returned to his coffee, opening the laptop and did some paper corrections to pass the time.

Jo smiled, remembering how Castiel had smiled at her, she loved making him happy. Mr. Novak deserved it and only she could make him happy, just her and nobody else, not even that priest, Mr. Winchester. Those bruises she saw meant nothing, right? He must have just hurt himself by accident or something.

She didn't like seeing Mr. Winchester and Mr. Novak together, ever. She'd passed by Castiel's neighborhood a few times, Mr. Winchester coming out of Mr. Novak's home more than once. It made her blood boil.

She faked her smile, walking down the hall to Charlie's classroom, she was on her way to hand the box of chocolates over.

She stopped at the door, hearing Mr. Winchester in there with her!

He knows I gave him marks, but I don't think he wants to admit it. He kicked me out! He didn't let me apologize, I don't know what to do..." Mr. Winchester groaned.

"Dean, He probably just doesn't remember. Are you sure you still want to pay the family a visit? He's already mad at you, I don't -"

"Are you insane?! Castiel's father and mother both hurt him! They treated him like absolute Dog shit! They deserve to be held responsible! His mom raping him and father whipping him?! What kind of parents would do that?!"

Jo almost let out a loud growl, Castiel's own parents hurt him? She couldn't believe anyone hurting him?! And Mr. Winchester did give him those marks! BUT WHAT COULD CASTIEL GET FROM HIM THAT HE COULDN'T GET FROM HER?!

"Where did you leave their info? The things I gave you?"

"Left 'em under the couch, couldn't get them in time. I'll get them back after I'm done at the church is over."

There was a silence before the door was swung open and Dean looked down at the blonde, "Ms. Harvelle, what a surprise. Would you like to tell me what you're doing here?"

Jo stood back, her face turning pink, "Uhm... I thought I forgot something here, but I guess not. Thank you and Bye Ms. Bradbury!"

Jo turned on her heel and continued to sprint down the hall, away from them.

Dean looked back at Charlie, "Is she a threat?"

"Nah, just leave her."

Dean shrugged, "Alright."

Castiel heard the bell ring and the kids left his classroom for the day. He stayed an hour or so before walking out of the classroom and towards his car.

He was excited with the day over and now he could finally go home and rest.

He made it to his car, searching for his keys in his pocket and found them with a smile, bending to unlock his car.

"Drop the items." There was an object being pressed against his back. It made him stiff and a million things crossed his mind at once.

"I- I don't have any money, but-"

"Drop the items!" He whimpered, dropping everything in his hands. "Good. Let's take a walk."

There was a firm gloved hand on his shoulder, and Castiel was being pushed through the empty parking lot. "Please.. Please. I have no money, I don't know what-"

"I don't care what YOU have! If you want to keep livin' then WALK!" The man pushed Castiel toward slightly and the man didn't know what to do.

He was panicking, because of course the first time he's actually about to die, Dean's disappeared. Which he definitely doesn't need him here, he'll be fine. He told Dean to leave him alone in the first place.

The man stopped Castiel at the trunk of the car and turned the man to the side, popping the trunk open.

"Please don't put me in th-" There was a hard blow to the back of Castiel's head, and he was rolled into the trunk.

The man watched him, shutting the trunk and turning to the female walking towards him, she smiled wide, her eyes moving down to the trunk, "Was that him?"

The man nodded, "Sure was, Castiel Novak. I don't get what's so special about him."

"He's special to me. Now stop asking questions and let's get him to the house, so we can finish the job and I can pay you."

The man nodded, walking to the driver's side of the car, the female sliding into the passenger's side, "I'll take care of Dean Winchester."

The car started up and the man pulled out of the driveway, "You better know what you're doing. I'm not trying to get some fucking priest come after me."

"Like I said, I've got it all handled, he won't bother us when I'm done."

The man sighed, "If you say so."

"What will Dean Winchester do to save one man?" The lady hummed as they drove away, her eyes settled outside the window, and she watched the empty streets.
