Christmas 2013

"ten! where are you going? we wanted to start christmas eve now!" the thai woman said, looking some kind of sad. this christmas eve they spent at ten's together with his mom, johnny, taeyong, jaehyun and surprisingly johnny's parents.

hyunwon broke up with johnny a week ago and made his christmas present irrelevant, but johnny still gave it to him. hendery and ten are still in a relationship, but the macanese went back to china for christmas.

"sorry guys, start without me... i still need to arrange something." ten excused himself and went out of the appartment. they didn't know why ten was going out now, all of the sudden, but johnny, the perfect man he is, wanted to accompany him.

"hey ten." johnny finally said when they got outside. this was the first time that's snowing on christmas since they could've imagined.

"why are you here, john?" ten wasn't mad at johnny or anything, he just wanted to be alone for doing this... for breaking up with hendery.

they weren't fighting, everything was working out greatly, but ten just doesn't feel like it's a romantic relationship anymore. it seems more like they're friends, so, ten felt like ending it in good terms, hopefully...

"i just think, you shouldn't be alone at this time of the day... and i just wanted to spend time with you alone again, since we both were very busy lately." the american explained and opened the door, leading to a snowed gangnam.

a long silence laid between them. it wasn't uncomfortable. they just appreciated each other's presence.

"you know..." both said at the same time and started laughing afterwards.

"you know... i..." ten started, not knowing if he should tell the older.

"i don't know if now is the right moment or if i should tell you, but... i don't want to break his heart since it's christmas, but... i wanna break up with hendery." the small thai explained, tears rolling down his eyes.

johnny turned around to his best friends, wiping away his tears.

"ten... i got to know him and i promise you, he won't get mad at you... you are very important to him and i promise as well, if you ask him to still be friends, he would definitely say yes." johnny said warmly, making the other feel more comfortable.

"come on, let's go back to the apartment." the american whispered and smiled in the cute way he always does.

as expected, the others didn't start christmas dinner without the two males. even though ten and johnny couldn't imagine what happened while they were outside, their parents along with jaehyun and taeyong were in a seemingly interesting conversation.

"oh, you're back! great, so we can start with the dinner!" ten's mother said.

the two best friends didn't give any hints about what they talked about outside, but still, taeyong and jaehyun knew something was wrong.

everyone enjoyed the christmas music quietly playing from the kitchen and no one wanted to change the mood by saying anything, so they stayed silent during the dinner.

"you were the one preparing the dinner, am i right, achara?" taeyong asked his former trainer and she told him that ten and hendery helped her enthusiastically.

as she mentioned hendery, ten's face got hot and probably red as well.

achara took a look at her son and realized, he wasn't feeling good about her mentioning his boyfriend.
