Her servant was helping her get ready for the feast at Asgard. She was still in pure rage, although the news had been sent to her 5 days ago.
"Your highness? What ever is the matter?"
She looked at her servants reflection on the mirror.
"You havent heard? I'm getting married to Loki Odinson. Isnt that just bad luck?" She told. She wanted to break something. Anything. But she had to put up a sweet face in order to meet everyone's expectation of her. Sweet, kind and strong. She was tired of pretending to be this perfect princess everyone wanted.

When she was finished preparing for the feast, she walked to the main room where they usually teleport from one kingdom to another. Yorunn and Brillga was waiting for her. Beads of sweat ran down on Yorunn's forehead. "Oh look at you! You look so beautiful my darling. Sooner or later Loki might just fall in love with you." Brillga said, trying to lighten the mood, but it didnt work. Moon puts on her "perfect face" but deep down, she was still raging. Her mother can see it. She was quietly screaming in her heart.
'I hope i can burn that damn dining hall.'

They walked to the center of the room. Suddenly, a flash of light swallowed them. When the light disappeared, they already teleported to Asgard.

When they finally arrived in the palace, Odin, Frigga and Thor stood before them. Odin walked to Yorunn with open arms.
"Yorunn! Its so good to finally meet you. This must be your little girl." Odin said. Moon was very good at acting. She smiled to Odin. Her smile was convincing enough.
"Where is Loki?" Brillga asked looking behind Odin. Moon's eyes widened as she looks behind Odin. He wasn't there.
"Ah, that boy. He will come down shortly. Please, follow me to the dining room."
They all followed him to the dining room. It was big, filled with tapestries and statues. The dining table was long, filled with food. She wasn't impressed. She scoffed quietly so that Odin and her parents wouldn't hear. Moon wandered off for a bit, and saw a painting of Loki.
"Its good to finally see my brother have a future wife."
Moon turned around, to see Thor behind her, admiring the painting of Loki and Thor when they were children.
"Its been 10 years when he...had a fight with Amora. He really did love her, but afer knowing what she was gonna do, he promised to never love again. Dramatic isnt he?" Thor chuckled. Moon looked at Thor, and shared a smile, but this time it wasnt fake, it was a genuine, sweet smile.
"You know, i really don't like this."
"Like what?" Thor turned to Moon.
"This. When you're forced to marry someone you don't love."
Thor's smile fades. He looks down and grabbed Moons shoulder.
"I know my brother. He may look mischievous, but he isn't bad as you think he is. Yes, he may did some mischief in the past, but he learns from his mistakes."
Thor paused.
"...Sometimes."
He and Moon snickered. It was nice to finally have someone who can make you laugh after 5 days of rage.
"Oh Thor, Moon! Come sit down will you?"
Frigga said. Both of them walked to the dining table and sat down.
"Where is that boy?" Odin asked the servant. Moon also wondered. Maybe she was wrong about him after all.

Loki was disguised as a snake, hiding in the crevices of the palace.
"They're all stupid for thinking that i'm going there." He hissed. He stared at Moon for a bit, before shaking his head.
'Bah! What am i thinking? I promised myself i will never fall in love again, and i'm not breaking that.' He slithers back into the crevices. But her beauty kept occupying his mind. Maybe, just maybe..

"Oh i'm so sorry, Loki didnt come down for the rest of the evening! I will talk to him after this. I'm very sorry Brillga, Yorunn."
Frigga apologized.
"No worries, Frigga. I know how it feels to marry someone you have no interest in." She said. Yorunn faced her, eyebrows raised. Brillga looked back at Yorunn.
"Oh come on, dear. I didnt know a thing about you when mother told me to marry you." Brillga said. Yorunn bursts into laughter, head rolled back, hands on his stomach.
"Oh darling, of course you didn't. I also didn't know a thing about you too. But when i started to know you, i knew you were the right person for me." Yorunn replied back, holding her hands. Moon just watched in silence, her mind obviously keeping her busy. She's been thinking about why Loki didnt come at dinner. It was odd. Very odd, she thought. She was still thinking when something interrupted her. It was Thor.
"I'm very sorry about my brother. He's very...stubborn." he apologized.
"Its alright. I knew he would do something like that." She said, staring down. She puts up a sad face, but under that face, was the expression of satisfaction. They waved goodbye to the royal family before teleporting back to Srivtlheim.

Moon was laying on her bed, in her night gown. She was very happy that he didnt come to the dinner. "Hah! He didnt even came!" She repeated. She was now spinning around her room, her night gown flowing elegantly. But then, she stopped. A worried look was on her face. She looked out the balcony. The moon, shining brightly. She sighed and looked down at Srivtlheim. "This will all be mine soon. Can i not rule this kingdom myself? Without the need of a king?" She asked herself. Her hair was flowing with the wind.
"Of course you can my dear," a voice said. It was gentle, yet deep. She turned around and there, standing still, was Itward. She walked to him and hugged him close. He was the only one who she can talk too about her problems. Itward stroked her hair.
"I don't want to marry him Itward,"
"I know my dearest,"
She sobbed on Itwards shoulders. He hugged her close. It was relieving to finally let out all the things that's been bothering you for so long to someone who will listen and understand.
