The next morning, they were at the gates of Konoha.
The sun was shining brightly in the village. But in the heart of Sakura, it wasn’t.
'SAKURA!' A blonde boy came running to her.
Sakura smiled sadly as she looked at him.
'Naruto?'
Naruto started to cry.
'Sakura..Please..Please don't leave us alone..'
It broke both Sasori and Sakura's heart.
'I am sorry, brat...But...She isn't safe here..You heard what Hinata's father did.'
Naruto winced in anger. But he still hugged Sakura and cried into her shoulder.
'When I grow up, and grow big and strong, I am going to FLY to Suna!'
'Humans can't fly, Naruto..' Sakura said between her sobs.
'They can. Hope can be transformed into wings. It's all fine till we don't fly too high.Hn..' Came a voice.
It was Itachi.
Adn Sasuke.
Sasuke came forward and hugged Sakura.
'Bye..Hn..' Sasuke said. He was crying as well.
'Naruto, Sasuke..Take care.' She said.
She proceeded to hug Itachi, which caused Sasori to groan in jealousy.
'Sakura... You never hug me.'
All of them broke into peals of laughter.'
Finally, they broke apart. They went their different ways.
But their heart said otherwise. They, secretly were still somewhere on the same path.
