Everything name will be in bold and what they physically say will be in quotation marks. For ex...

Everything not in quotation marks that is above the (character's P.O.V) is the narrator
Everything not in quotation marks below the (character's P.O.V) is what the character is thinking or what he/does.
The parentheses are for extra emphasis on the character's emotions or actions
