Chapter 2

~ Gajeel's POV ~

I sat on my couch staring at the phone on the table waiting for a text. I glanced at the clock on the TV. 5:56. 4 minutes until Levy is supposed to be here. My phone dinged. I excitedly grabbed for it and unlocked it. The text was from Levy.

Hey, Can I spend the night?

I answered back with a

Yah, Whatever.

But inside I was jumping for joy. Even though The Shrimp and I had been secretly dating for about a month, this was the first time she had asked if she could stay over. Pathetic, I know. I heard a knock at the door and went to go answer it. I pushed open the door and leaned against the wall. "Good. Because I brought my stuff." There stood Levy wearing a baggy blue sweater and some very short shorts. I scanned her up and down before grabbing her suitcase with two fingers. She walked in, took off her flats, then asked a question. "Hey, how does movie night sound?" I raised an eyebrow at her. She didn't really seem like the movie type. She then continued. "There is this book I just finished reading and I can't wait to watch it!" I nodded. "You know where everything is." Levy had been over to my house so many times she could probably reconstruct it from memory. I plopped her suitcase down on the living floor. I pretended to be busy with something on my phone while Levy popped some popcorn and set up the movie. I felt my face burn up. She turned back around and came and sat next to me. I put my arm around her waist and prayed to Mavis she hadn't seen me blush. Halfway through the movie, The Shrimp starting making fun of it. I sighed a sigh of relief. I let all of the insults and jokes that had been building up in my brain since the movie started pour out of me. "Omg. The guy playing Leo is such a bad actor, I mean........." I stopped listening to Levy and just sat there staring at her as she talked. "page 64. It was a tot-" I cut her off my smashing my lips onto hers. We slowly moved from our current position to another one, more suitable for kissing. As I crawled on top of her, a fighting scene came on. Making out to the sounds of gun shots. So very romantic.

~ Normal POV ~

Happy and Lily were walking away from the guild after having been on a mission with Wendy, Romeo, and Carla. Happy stopped eating his fish, turned to the other exceed and sighed. "I just remembered that Natsu and Lucy are still on that mission they picked up yesterday." He said in that adorable little voice of his. Lily thought about it. "I don't see why you can't come over." He said with a shrug.

~ Happy's POV ~

Mmmm..... This fish is delicious! Oh? What was that? Did lily just say I could come to Gajeel's house? Ooh... I hope they have fish. Maybe I can go snooping through Gajeel's stuff and see if Mirajane was right about him liking Levy. Mwahahahaha......

~ Lily's POV ~

I walked Happy to the house that I shared with Gajeel. As soon as I opened the door, I heard gunshots. I rolled my eyes. When would Gajeel stop watching those ridiculous action movies? I closed the door behind myself and turned to see Happy staring at the living room, jaw practically on the floor. "What?" I peeked in to see Gajeel and Levy kissing on the couch. They did it all the time - I didn't understand why Happy was so surprised by it. Then I remembered. Oh,-

~ Gajeel's POV ~

"You llllllllllllllike her!" I heard the voice of a certain annoying exceed coming from behind me. I broke the kiss Levy and I had been sharing and cursed under my breath. "Shit." Levy tensed up and starting blushing. I got up off of her and glared at Happy. He seemed very amused.

~ Levy's POV ~

I slowly sat up and I could feel my face burning. We got caught! It had happened in my books plenty of times but I never thought I would actually experience something like that. Okay, that was a total lie. What girl hasn't imagined themselves in a situation like this? Happy started laughing. Then he gasped. "Wait until the guild hears about this!" At this, Gajeel jumped up and tried to grab Happy, but he had already flown over to the door. "Damn it, Get back here!" He ran out of the door in pursuit of Happy. I paused the movie and waited for him to come back.

~ Gray's POV ~

I sat at a table in the guildhall, Juvia clinging to my leg. I focused on my snow cone and tried to ignore the crazy fangirl. Just after I had taken my last bite, Happy flew in with the biggest smile I had ever seen on his face. "YOU GUYS WILL NEVER GUESS WHAT I JUST SAW!" He screamed very loudly. Mira walked up to the exceed. "hmmm? What did you see?" He sat on the bar and smirked. "Gajeel and Levy kissing." I spit out the snow cone. Cana stopped drinking. Elfman stopped talking about being a man. The guild went silent. I was the first to speak. "Excuse me?" Happy grinned. "Yup! Lily said I could come over to his house and when I got there, they were making out. Right on the couch! There was a movie playing and popcorn was everywhere. It was so funny watching Gajeel slowly crawl off of her while cursing. And Levy was bright red. It was awesome!" I stared wide eyed at Happy. After a few minutes, whoops rang through the guild. Gajeel and Levy? Wow.
