These are the students who are quite suring elections and loud during scolding time, they often have a peace officer characteristic and played as a bad cop almost all the time.
They scold, shout at the whole class as they were part of the student council, they are pretty annoying because of their way of practice, why not nominate yourself to be an officer?
Not only that, even if they cold others, they would also act like the ones he/she just scolded, talking, laughing out loud and all those things.
