I kicked and screamed, moving and jerking my body, trying to make it hard for them to carry me.

"Please, someone make her shut the fuck up." A voice annoyingly demanded.

Before I could protest anymore, I felt a pinch in my arm, and then I was out.

--
My immediate thought was to move my arms, but I couldn't. Something was holding them down to the uncomfortable mattress I was on.

The memories came flooding back, but no tears came.

I darted my blue eyes around, taking in my surroundings.

There was another bed across from me, a rug on the stone floor in between the two.
"Oh good, you're up."

I jumped at the sudden sound of another voice, a familiar one.

The girl from the van, she didn't look near as young as she sounded.

"I'm Cristina." She reached out her hand, then laughed at her mistake.

"Here, I'll untie your hands for you."

It took her about five minutes to untie them, her herself having shackles around her wrists.

"That's better." She went back to the book she was engrossed in.

I rubbed lightly around my sore wrists, while noticing my usually wild hair, was in a braid.

Cristina must of noticed because she said, "Oh, I hoped you didn't mind. You have such beautiful hair."

I didn't have time to process what she said before the door handle was being shook.

"Remain calm. You don't want to be sedated again. You were-"

"Ladies." My new found vision brought me to the voice who demanded me to be shut up.

"I'm Hank. In case you haven't already learned from your episode, we do not tolerate disobedience. But you're a feisty one, I like that. Too bad you're not mine." He threw his head back and chuckled. I felt like throwing up at the way he talked about me, like someone owned me.

"Please," he held out his hand, "Come with me, someone is very excited to meet you."

I made no move to get out of bed, until he said "You don't want to know what happens when you're disobedient do you?"

I quickly shook my head no, and jumped to my feet. My whole body felt like it could collapse any minute, but that didn't stop Hank from roughly grabbing my arm and pulling me behind him.

"And don't try any funny buisness. I always carry this on me." He reached into the back of his pants, pulling out a pistol.

I swallowed. He had to try hard from smirking.

"Follow me."

--
He led me down a long concrete hallway, and assuming it didn't have any windows, we were under ground.

He led me off the elevator, now on the third floor.

We winded through many hallways, I could hardly keep up with my weak body.

"Daniel." He nodded to a tall, dark, buff man, guarding two large wooden doors, clearly a very meaningful place.

Daniel reached, pulling on the large doors, revealing a huge room. I was in awe. Whoever owned this place was rich. And that only scared me more, with wealth, comes power.

"He will be in to see you shortly."

My heart began racing again.

Think, think.

I began searching for windows, but all of them had to be opened with a lock.

"Fuck!" My emotions took over me as I began beating the windows, I was finally reaching the realization that I would never see my mom, or Ethan... and no more Alex.

I let my tears consume me.
