"Look Seokjin, there is something I have been wanting to tell you."

Seokjin cocked his head to the side and eyed Jungkook with indifferent interest.

"What is it, Kook ah." The older man asked.

"It's about how we left things 7 years ago. I want to tell you what really happened and why you think I dumped you and abandoned you."

"No, Kook ah. I don't want to hear it. You made your choice. You left me when we were getting serious even with your family disapproving of us well rather me it scared you and you bolted for greener pasture in the States. I don't want to hear or know why you did it. I don't care anymore anyways."

"Damnit I've remained silent since I got here and every time I try to bring this up you shut me down well it's not gonna happen this time, Seokie. You are gonna sit there and listen to what I have to say or else." Jungkook barked rather loudly at Seokjin. He was taken aback slightly at Jungkook's outburst.

"Or else what?" Seokjin hissed back in a mocking manner that Jungkook didn't like.

"Or else I'll be forced to shut you up."

"I hardly think your mouth is gonna keep me quiet." Seokjin bit back.

"I didn't say my mouth now did I?" Jungkook grinned rather evil like. His eyes hinted of something dark and nefarious.

Seokjin's eyed widen at the realization of Jungkook's remark.

Both men laughed. Seokjin laughed nervously and Jungkook laughed heartily.

"You couldn't possibly mean-" Seokjin's eyes fell to Jungkook's lower half.

Jungkook's eyes followed Seokjin's and he couldn't contain a sly smirk from appearing on his face.

"I think you know what I mean, Seokie baby." Jungkook purred mischievously.  A curious twinkle in his eye.

"I think you need to back up and sit down while you still work for me." Seokjin growled back. He wasnt going to fall under his ex's spell again.

Jungkook pushed away from Seokjin put distance between the two of them. He was beyond frustrated. Too many years had gone by without Seokjin knowing the truth. One way or another he was going to get his love to listen to him.

Once again, he gave up. Now wasn't the time. But he promised himself he would make time soon. He sat back down on the chair by Seokjin's desk and waited for the older to speak.

Seokjin took a moment to collect himself. He closed his eyes and gathered his wits about him.

When he opened them Jungkook was staring intently at him. He unerved him. Even after so many years all that young brat had to do was look at him and he'd go to pieces.

He faltered again but only briefly. He hid is wavering behind another out of place cough. He pushed the old memories away and focused on the task at hand.

"Listen Jungkook ah, I appreicate you helping me with Hajun. She's been so unpredicatable since her Papa passed away. I was too busy to see that. But thats where your helps ends. You are here to take care of her while I work. There is no helping me or us. There hasn't been an us in a long time. I think you need to remember that."

Seokjin looked over his hands he had propped on his chin, at Jungkook.

He tried to read the younger's expression but Jungkook kept it obscured by his too sizes too big hoodie. He heard the young grunt but no words left his mouth.
