"Lou? I didn't know you worked in Hawaii.
It's good to see ya." Lori smiles weakly, but she knows everyone saw through it, she pulls her hair to cover some of her battered face.

"Yeah it is. What happened?" The large man questions.

"Old friend found me." Lori jokes flatly. Danny looks her up and down, scanning for more injuries, seeing littered bruises and cuts all over, some thing on her leg catching his eye.

"Lori do you have a tattoo?" Danny asks.

"Yeah I have a few. The one on my chest is my sisters name and the one on my leg is my brothers name, then a butterfly on my shoulder blade."

"Why did something happen to them?"

"Do you want me to be honest."

"That'd be nice." Lou drawls out sarcastically.

"I lost my brother 3 years ago, someone killed him when he was on leave. Me and his dad found him. Then Elle died four years ago, she was a serial killer victim."

The room goes silent, everyone trying digest what Lori just said.

"I am so sorry. I didn't know about Justin or Elle-." The older man comforts.

"How should you, it wasnt you who beat him in so badly he had a brain bleed then left him tied up in the trunk of a car?" Lori expresses bitterly, annoyed with the fussing.

"Oh your definately Hank Voight's daughter." Lou chuckles as they hear the door open and slam shut.

"In all ways but one." She smiles in pain.

"Now out. Everyone, I need to finish sorting out her injuries. Wait for the team in the living room." Steve orders.

"McGarrett? It's early, what's going on?" They hear Tani call as she walks into the kitchen, a rucksack of clothes in hand. "Also why do I need clothes?" She pauses again, seeing the men crowded round a blonde woman, "I am incredibly confused right now."

"I'm Lori. Nice to meet you." She says.

"Tani Rey. Is it you who needs the clothes."

"Err yeah, mine are still in Chicago."

"So Baby Voight. Is he still the dirtiest cop in Illinois or did he magically change?"

"Hank is still a dirty cop. The 1505 fund is now in his basement along with a few hundred thousand bucks and some weapons I don't believe are legal." Lou chuckles at the woman's answer, "He still has dealings with the gangs but he's not threatening to kill firefighters or getting people shot everyday anymore. He's calmed down a little bit. Did he blow a dudes brains out because he tried to steal the 20 kilos of Passion we had in evidence? Yes."

"What's passion, what's the 1505 fund and who the hell is Hank?" Danny asks, waving his hands around.

"Passion is last years drug of choice in Chicago and it was near fatal, there was up to 16 overdoses a day. The 1505 fund is a load of money thats illegally obtained by the Chicago PD from drugs, guns and other not-so-legal crap. Our unit has a slight tendency to dip into it occasionally.
And Hank is a Police Sargeant, he's a dirty cop but he protects his unit with everything. He took me and my baby sister in when my parents died. I was 10, she was 4 and my brother- his son was 7. He's my dad and I'm the only kid he's got left." Lori answers in a scarily calm voice.

"I'm here!" Another voice calls out.

"We are ALL in the kitchen Quinn. Join us please." Danny calls sarcastically getting a slap on the shoulder from Steve.

"Steve can you pass me a bandage?" Lori asks sweetly.

"Yeah did i miss one. Cause I've wrapped your arm, hand, wrist and knuckles."

"Yeah. My-uh ankle, knee and thigh. My shoulder blades can just covered with gauze and crap." She replies just before Quinn walks in the room.
