Scotland took the empty bowl from the table and placed it in the water basin. Turning back around he saw young Britain rub his eyes in exhaustion. "Ye must be tired, how about ye get some shut-eye?" Scotland said picking up the young nation.

Britain nodded as he was whisked away from the kitchen and into a strange bedroom.

"This be my room, but I assume it should suffice for now."

He got no response, Britain was already fully conked out. Scotland went and put the young boy on the left side of the semi-plush bed, and pulled the covers over the young boy. Scotland placed a callused hand on the boys head before turning and leaving the room.

Returning down to the first level of the household, Scotland walked to the front door and re-applied his overcoat as well as a green cloak. Walking out of the house, he went around to the back where a small stable was found. Entering the stable, Scotland was met with a cheerful whinny. In a stall withen the stable, was a beautiful white horse. The horse had a blemish free coat, completed with a silky, white/grey mane and tail. The horse had baby blue eyes that stood out amount the cotton colored coat.

Scotland rubbed the stallion's muzzle, and went to retreave a leather bridle, as well as a simple leather saddle. Opening the stall, Scotland led the stallion out of its stall, where he began to brush down the sleek coat of excess dust. Quickly and expertly, Scotland tacked up the strong steed and led the horse out of the stable.

Without wasting time, Scotland mounted his steed with grace and began to trot away from his home, back through the forest, and into the field. Taking a quick right, Scotland followed the tree line until he reached a fork in the road. Scotland noticed smoke rising from the left path and traveled down the path.

Soon Scotland came upon a town. Slowing his steed down to a walk, he entered the gates of the town and looked around. He met the gaze of quite a few smiling faces, he smiled back. Dismounting from his horse, he grabbed the reins and led him through the town until he came upon a market. In the market he found a booth selling some fresh produce, mostly fruit and vegitables.

"Excuse me sir, but may I buy some of yer produce?"

"Of course my good sir, you aren't from here are you?"

*chuckle*"No, I'm from Scotland, could ye tell me where I am?"

"You would be standing in Colchester, Britannia."

"Ah, thank ye." Scotland shook the merchants hand and payed for his produce. Grabbing an Apple from his pouch, he handed it back to his horse, whom gobbled it up gladly. Patting the steed's cheek, he continued walking through the town taking in the sights. After he had his fill, Scotland led his horse out of the stone gates of Colchester and mounted his horse once again. Wanting to get home to store his produce, as well as fully groom his horse, he took off at a full gallop back towards home.

«The house-Scotland hadn't arrived yet...»

A deep yawn came from a bedroom of a mysterious person. This said person tumbled out of his bed with a thud. Standing up, the man stumbled through the dark room fumbling with the door until he found the knob. Turning it, he stepped into the light-flooded hallway. The man shrivled back as he was blinded by the immediate illumination. Walking into the hall after he recovered, he shuffled down the hall until he discovered something. A door was ajar that normally remained closed. Out of curiosity he peeked into the room to see a small blonde figure asleep among the sheets.

"How strange, this is Ali's room right? Who's this kid?" Said the mystery man.

Walking to the left side of the bed, the man bent down to look at the young boy with messy blond hair. Shaking the tiny form, the man attempted to wake the young boy.

"um, excuse me but who are you?" He asked.

Britain slowly opened his large green orbs and gave a small yawn. Suddenly Britain noticed a strange figure in front of him. His eyes widened in fear as he took a questioning step back.

"Woah! Hold on, don't run please?" The man said cautiously.

"S- Where?- Who?- Ahhhh!" Britain said tumbling off the edge of the bed. Landing with a thud on his head, he tumbled over. The man ran around the edge of the bed to check on the young boy.

"Are you alright?!?"

"AHHHHHHHHHHH! STAY AWAY!" Britain screamed, running from the room and down the stairs with the man in tow.

Britain ran to the front door, tears streaming down his eyes. Jumping up he grabbed the handle and managed to twist the knob and run outside. Britain ran from the clearing and into the forest. The man had lost the path of the young boy and decided to head back inside.

Meanwhile, Britain ran. He ran until he couldn't run anymore. Scratches from the bramble and thicket bushes covered his face and hands. Mud stained the hem of his white tunic, and his face was soaked with tears of fright. Taking a sec to catch his breath, Britain realized he didn't know where he was.

"Hello? Is anyone there?...help..." He mumbled as he found a hollow tree to sit in.

«Scotland starts riding the forest path!»

Scotland turned his steed off of the dirt path, and started his trek down the wooded path. When his horse's ears perked up.

"What is it lad?"

He slowed his horse down to a walk, as they tried to find the source of whatever had gotten the horse's attention. At some point, Scotland was soon able to hear faint/muffled sobs.

"What in the hell?" Scotland spoke.

Dismounting from his horse he tied him to a tree branch, and walked off the trail. Following the sound of the sobs, he soon stumbled upon a small hooded figure in a hollow tree.

"Hello, do ye need any help?"

The figure picked up it's head and sniffles.

"S-Scotland?"

"Britain?! What are you doing all the way out here by yourself!?" Shouted the Scotsman, picking up the young nation and wiping away his tears.

"Come on lad, tell me what's e'ting ye..."

*sniff* "There was a man! And h-he chased me from the house, I was scared and fell and hit my head! And then I r-ran outside and got l-lost!" Britain said hiding his head in Scotland's chest.

"Shh lad, ev'ryth'ngs alright." Scotland said patting the young boys back to calm him.

"Let's head home okay laddie?"

"m-hm, but what about the man, what if he wants to eat me?!?"

*chuckle* "I think ye'll be fine..."
