Chapter One

BEEP-BEEP-BEEP-BEEP-BEEP-BEEP-BEEP!!!!!!

*Groan*

I reached my hand out from my covers and started to feel for the off button. I found it and started to punch it.

Me: "Shut.up.....*groan*"

Eventually I gave up and reached for the plug. I unplugged my alarm clock.

First day of my new High School. Great.....

My mom came in.

Mom: "Good Morning Y/N. Time to get up!"

She opened my blinds, letting in the bright morning sunlight. I mash my face into my pillows

Me: "Nooo...... 5 more minutesss...."

Mom: "Your going to have to get up soon."

Me: "I knowwww...."

She walk out of my room, leaving my door open.

I sit up and blink my eyes to adjust to the light, and also try to wake up. I look around my new room. Me and my family just moved in a week ago, but my room already looked like I had lived in it for years. I had drawings on one side of my floor and painting I made on the walls. My books were scattered across my fur rug and I have my guitar laying with it's case open.

*Sigh* I already need to clean my room.

I got up from my bed.

Me: "Woah!"

I almost fell down from head rush. I grabbed on to my nightstand. I sat there for a little, letting my eyes go clear again and for my head to stop spinning. I got up and went to my wardrobe and grabbed my school uniform.

I take a shower, and brush my hair. Then head down stairs, and see everyone is already up. My little brother Dominic was eating his pancakes like there was no tomorrow. He finished and looked at mine. He started to inch closer.

Me: "HEY!! Those are mine!"

He looked up, startled and moved his seat back to his spot. I sat down and started eating MY pancakes, while giving him a dirty look.

Dad: "Good morning Princess!"

He smiled at me and I returned it. My family was always close and loving.

Mom: "Hey Y/N?"

Me: "Yes Mom?"

Mom: "Don't forget your driving yourself to school."

Me: "Yes, I know Mom."

Suddenly her phone rang, she picked it up. Her face lit up when she saw the caller ID and got an even bigger smile when she hung up the phone.

Mom: "Charlie is coming to visit!"

A smile spread across my face. Charlie was my older brother. He was 20 years old and he didn't move with us to Korea. He was my best guy friend to. He was my favorite person in the world, besides Jazmine my best friend back in Washington State. We moved here because of my Dad's job, here he would get a promotion and a raise in money. When I had finished my pancakes Mom had scooped up my plate and started to wash it. I ran up stairs to brush my teeth. I ran back into my room to grab my phone. 8:40 it read. I went back down stairs , grabbed my backpack and car keys. Kissed my parents goodbye, and hugged my little brother who was going to his first day of 7th grade. I messed up his hair and left the house. I hopped in my car.
