Will You be my girlfriend? I have been waiting 14 years and 32 days to ask you out, but I was afraid you would say no. With this necklace I would like you to know that it has the date we first met. I had the chain made longer so that you could slip it in and off before and after your games. If you say yes, I have already planned our cute pregame couple picks on the field. I was thinking what better place to ask you out than one of your favorite places in the world, besides the field. Once again Sophie Grace Mason, it would be my GOAL for you to be my girlfriend."
I really couldn't say anything I was stunned.
"Garret it's a yes." I was crying at this moment. I handed Shawn my phone to take pictures and we kinda made out a little then we realized hundreds of people were staring at us. I put the necklace on and it looked perf with my skin color.
Shawn's POV
Oh. My. Gosh. This is the girl I have been crushing so hard for. Now she has a boyfriend. I'm still gonna slip my number in her shorts.
