"*Starts confessing interest in Chinese*" I couldn't understand Chinese yet, so I could only say one thing.
"What." The reason a period is there instead of a question mark is because I said it like a statement.
Hong Kong blushed and now he's telling me what he was saying in Chinese. It was the fact he felt slightly embarrassed by my confession.
