Quirk: Blackout
Quirk description: Although its name, it is the Opposite of a 'Black' out, it's more of a whiteout. The user is able to create a snowstorm like thing that surrounds the subject the user is using it on, it makes it extremely hard for the subject to see or direct out of it but the user can see perfectly fine in it
Quirk drawback: Due to this being a very energy using quirk, it has a few drawbacks. One of them is if used for large groups (it has a limitation to only 4 people at a time)or multiple times without breaks the user will lose massive amounts of energy and can faint. Another drawback is if the quirk is Overused, a storm will start forming around the user and make it hard for them or anyone who walks into it to properly see. The only way to get the user out of this is if someone goes into to get them or the energy restores and they can stop it themselves, which takes the anywhere from 15-45 minutes. During this time, nothing or no one outside of the blackout will be hurt or damaged
