Its been few weeks after Avneils cute date .. Avni loved being around Neil .. His presence is soothing and comfortable for her .. She tease him ... Does many pranks with him and our tillu loves her every pranks ..

Meanwhile he tried to make her remind about her family but no use .. Its like she gets few flashes but her brain couldn't take it ..

It happens few days ago also when Neil did an attempt to remind her about her past .. She got few similar flashes but then it was hard for her to take it and eventually she fainted .. After which doctor warned Neil not to pull any such stunts as her brain can't handle it .. Although her internal injuries are healed now but still she can't take it all of sudden .. Few of her brain vains are still not opened .. She needs time ..

This made him week too for sometime but then his love is more stronger than anything which gave him strength .. The love which can keep her safe also and can bring her back .. He thought ..

Kaira consoled him and told that they will not leave hope .. Kartik was firm to give his princess her family back .. But how that is up to that Almighty who is planning their destiny who is writing every page of their life ..

Its one of the finest morning today .. She woke up .. Stretch her arms and got fresh ..

Here in dining area Neil was thinking other ways to regain her memory .. Just then a message popped up .. It was from Dhruv .. That's when he notice today's date .. Dec 10 its today .. Its .. Its Neela Maas birthday today he thought .. A lone tear escape from his eyes thinking what a child he is who forgotten his mother's birthday .. Though Neela is not his real mom but after his mom's death she was the one who have always cared for him like her own .. And what he did in return he didn't talked well with her from past 3 years .. Even he accused her that she was never a good mother so when Avni went she cared least for her .. But that was not true right she is a mother and for a mother her child is more important than anything .. She was also broken when her child left her but she didn't showed it because somewhere she thought that her son needs her now to cry to be consoled but he was drifted in his own pools ..

Really what a son he is .. Right and now his fingers are shivering to dial her number to talk with her ... He was in his own pool of thoughts that's when Avni came down and hugged him .. Giving him comfort which he wanted .. She wished him good morning and he too wished her back .. But she sensed something is wrong .. She stood in front of him ..

Avni : Neil look at me ..

Neil was not looking at her .. He was trying to hide his emotions ..

Avni : I said Mr Neil khanna to look up ..

Neil immediately looked up at her ..

Avni : what happened .. ?

Neil nodded ..

Avni : Neil don't lie to me .. Tell me ..

Neil cooked up a story and told that now he is more afraid to call that person ..

But Avni made him understand and said to call him .. Neil look at her she blinked in assurance that he should go ahead ..

He took a deep breathe and dialled her number .. Few rings gone but no one picked the call .. Might be she is busy .. He said ..

Avni : don't worry she will surely call you back ..

Avni assured him ..

She was about to say further but their was a knock on door some one from Neils station was here .. He was with few files .. So Neil went to discuss that ..

She sat on the chair and pull a bread and had a sandwich ... Just when someone's phone is ringing .. She looked at her phone but it was not her then she look around it was Neils phone which was ringing .. He forgotten his phone here only .. She picked the phone .. Neela maa that was flashing on phones screen ..

She thought to pick up but then thought its inappropriate to pick anyone's calls but this name she thought she know this person .. Does she know this person .. ? Why it seems like its so familiar to her .. Battling up with her brain she finally decided to pick up that call ..

Neela maa from other side started speaking up continuously ..

Neela : neil how are you baccha .. Are you okay speak up beta .. See I am not angry with you .. Please Neil baat to karo mujhse .. She was begging to Neil to at least speak with her ..

Here Avni felt an unusual connection with her .. Her pain was hurting her to .... She was thinking to just run and hug her tight to comfort her and say that she is here .. But why she is herself don't know ..

Neela thought that neil is not interested to talk with her so shr cut the call drifting in her own pool .. She once was so happy that might be neil called her to wish her .. She was eager to hear his voice but she got a deep silence from the other side ..

Avni didn't realized this she was just thinking about that lady with whom she talked a moments back .. She was thinking deep that she has heard that voice somewhere before .. She was trying hard to remember where she heard that voice .. Thats when by mistake Neils phones photo gallery got opened .. She saw few picks of A lady ... Two boys an old man ..

Seeing those pictures she again got flashes ..

A blur figure of a women .. Calling a girl her baccha .. Two boys calling a girl princess his doll .. Her head started to burst out .. She hold it .. It was hard for her to bear that pain .. She stumbled back with this the chair behind her felt down .. Neil heard that voice and ran towards the dinning area .. He saw her fighting with her memory holding .. And then she collapsed neil catch her ..

Neil : Avniii ... Avni hey get up Avi utho .. Panda see tillu is here yaar wake up ..

He saw his photo album open that means she must have saw that pics ..

Without wasting a sec he picked her up in bridal style and rushed to the hospital ..

After Twenty mins of ride ..

He went inside and ask receptionist to call Doctor Karan ..

Karan was called .. She was taken for treatment inside .. Neil called kaira to hospital .. He was cursing himself being so careless ..

But kaira consoled him telling she will be fine ..

After like 15 mins karan came out of Avnis cabin ..

Neil : karan .. Karan how ... How is she .. She is fine na .... Listen is bar Maine try nahi kiya .. I .. I don't know mere phone me kaise use voh photos mile .. I am sorry ..

Karan : shh relax Neil .. Calm down .. She is fine now .. She is on her sidetives let's wait uske hosh me aane ka abhi kya status hai main voh nahi bata sakta ..

Neil nodded ..

After 2 hrs she gain conscious ..

Karan told about Avni been conscious ..

Neil went inside .. She looked at him and then what she called him shocked him ..
