Having a name like mine makes people notice me, but what really makes them turn around are my violet eyes. They are not contacts, so people find me weird.

My friends Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase, Leo Valdez, Calypso and Grover Underwood don't find me weird at all. I have  ADHD and dyslexia and so do Percy and the rest of the gang. So I finally found a group of people that I fit in with.

Apparently, they go to a summer camp for kids like me. I just wonder what why I hadn't been invited to go with them.
I never really bothered to go since I had my hands full with taking care of my little adorable sister.
I just couldn't abandon her for a silly summer camp.

However this year is different, mom paid for this super crazy trip for my sister so I have nothing to do this summer.
Meaning I obviously want to go to the summer camp.

I am going to ask the gang together but I have to get to boring Math class.

**Time skip to the end of school brought to you by my likkle kitty**

"Guys, wait for me!" I yelled as I saw them enter the delivery van.

"What are you doing here?" Percy asked me with a questioning gaze.

"I wanted to go with you to your summer camp, so I followed you guys to the van." I said as I shrugged.

I heard Percy tell a guy named Argus to drop me home, but Grover stopped him. He said something me having a strong scent and I was the one who they had come to look for. I was totally confused but still remained silent.

I hopped to the drivers side to see who was driving the van, since all my friends were with me in the van.

What I saw left me speechless and dizzy. I swiftly went back to my friends to interrogate them.

"Who's that creepy guy with eye balls all over his body? Do you even know that you being driven by that thing?. What if it decides to kill you and me? How did it become like that?" I fired the questions at my friends with rapid speed.

"Calm down, Meel that's just Argus. He's friendly." Leo said as he rolled his eyes and continued playing with Calypso's hair.

"How can you say that! Have you seen that? I want explanations now!" I angrily huffed and puffed.

****Time skip to after the explanation of Greek gods and goddesses****

"So you're trying to say I'm a daughter of a Greek god?" I questioned them.

Piper and Jason nodded in unison.

"Then what are we waiting for, lets go. Onward my fair comrades." I excitedly squealed.

When we reached and crossed the border thing of camp, a symbol of vines wrapped around grapes were floating on my head. So I did the sensible thing and swatted it away. I kept doing that until I heard people laughing.

I saw a centaur. A CENTAUR !!!! and he went all like," All Hail Meelagh Weinstein, Daughter of Dionysus, God of the grape-harvest, winemaking and wine, of fertility, ritual madness, religious ecstasy, and theatre"

I smiled knowing I no longer had to worry about not fitting in anymore because I finally found my place. The place where no one judged me for being different.
