Chapter 14

You have had it. You started packing your things while Jaden was asleep. You couldn't do it anymore. You started catching feelings and you were crushed. He never cared, you thought to yourself. You didn't have much, you packed your clothes and some of your memorable things. You had and uber pick you up. You didn't know where you were going, you just told him to drive. You don't even know why you would think about him catching feelings. No strings attached right?

*Jaden's POV*

I woke up with a random girl clung to me. All the memories came rushing back to me. I remember everything. When I came in the door acting like an ass to her. I woke up the girl and had her leave. Quickly I went to go check on y/n and apologize to her.
I knocked but no answer. I knocked a few more times before walking in.

J -" y/n i-"

I was interrupted when I noticed her stuff was missing and she wasn't in there. Pure panic set in. Why did I have to be such an ass to her, now she is gone. I didn't know what to do. You were interrupted by your phone ringing. You looked at it and it was Chase. You didn't want to pick up but you knew he would keep calling

J -" Hello"

Ch -' Yo why is your girl walking down the street with a suitcase?" He laughs

J -" What where?"

Ch -" Walking down 21st ave."

J -" I gotta go."

Ch -"bu-."

*click*

I throw shorts and a hoodie on and grab my keys. I pull up on the street she was supposed to be at. I get out and start walking. There she is. I see her sitting down on the curb on her phone. I was a block away from her. She gets up as a car pulls up. She starts putting her stuff in it. I start sprinting down the side to get to her.

*y/n pov*

I was putting my stuff in the ubers trunk when I heard my name being called. I stop and looked up. I saw Jaden running at me. You didn't want to see him. You tried to stuff your suitcase in but he caught up to you. Putting his hand on the trunk keeping it open.

J -" Y/n wh-what are you doing?" He says panting

Y/n -"Leaving."

J -"Why?"

Y/n -"Because I can't do it anymore."

Uberdriver -"Are you going or not?"

Y/n -" I've got to go Jaden."

J -"Can we talk, please." He begged

Y/n -"No Jaden"

You started to get in but he stopped you.

J -"Please y/n."

Uberdriver -" I don't have all day."

J -"Please"

You sighed, looking at the uber before looking up.

Y/n -"Fine."

He let out a sigh of relief. You grabbed your suitcase and told the uber you didn't need him. You started walking down the sidewalk next to Jaden. Not a word to be said. You got in his car and he drove home. The whole car ride was silent. Head against the window as Jaden nervously tapped the steering wheel. Why was he so nervous?

*at the house*

You walked in with Jaden. You sat down on the couch infront of him. You didn't know what he was gonna say or do next. It was silent for a while till you broke the silence.

Y/n -"Soooo....."

J -"I need to tell you something y/n"

Y/n -"Ok."

J -" I-"
