WISH, debuted by WL Entertainment on October 29th, 2019, quickly became one of the biggest rookie groups in the K-pop industry. They first released just their single "Trick-or-Treat," which received mainly positive public and critic response. On November 17th, they released their hit EP "NIGHTMARE," consisting of tracks like "Lovely Lucifer" and "ANGEL/DEMON."
WISH quickly amassed a large fanbase, known as DREAMERS (Darling Radiant Eminences Are Mediators Encompassing Rapid Success), who were quick to make their debut EP, NIGHTMARE, peak at number 8 on the Billboard 200. WISH has proven to be a relatively non-problematic group, although their maknae (Lin Hachi) has been the victim of drug scandals in the past.
