*POV in Naruto's*
Slight crying came from boruto, he was wrapped in a blanket as Naruto held him, still waiting for Hinata to get better, I was still waiting for Tsunade to get back to us on what to do. Sakura was with us, so were some people who had made it out of the destruction, konohomaru and his two team mates were in with the town folks. I should be resting, but the will of taking care of boruto gave me strength to stay up. It had been almost 6 hours since Tsunade left to clean up the village. Sakura knelt down to me, I was sitting near the corner by Hinata's wheelie bed. "You should really get some rest Naruto...you're looking tired" I shook my head at her. "Don't worry about me, just make sure Hinata's fine." I cradled boruto he began to become more fussy. Sakura sighed at me. "Stubborn like always huh? Go get some rest, it's about time I wake Hinata up to feed anyway. We can handle boruto" I stood up, passing boruto to Sakura. "Alright. Don't let me sleep too long though, and if Tsunade comes, wake me up immediately." Sakura chuckled at me a bit. "Just go lay down and take a nap Naruto. We have to believe ma'lady knows what she is doing." I smiled at that. "Yea, I guess your right."
*POV in Hinata's* My body ached. I came to every couple hours, Sakura would give me some herbal medicine to help my pain. Sakura set boruto in a bed of clothes and towels. "Hinata.." she shook my arm slightly. I mumbled out a groan. "Ughh...agh..." Sakura helped me to sit up. "It's almost time to take your medicine, and should really try to feed your baby again, I'm sure you'll get the hang of it." My breast ached everytime he would cry. I opened my eyes slowly, the only light was a few candles. "Huh?...n-Naruto..?" Sakura sighed. "Hinata...it's me Sakura....she must be hallucinating from the amount of blood she lost. Well come on, here try to drink some water." Sakura supported my head as she helped me sip some water. "Where's..my baby..?" Sakura smiled. "He's right here Hinata. How are you feeling?" I breathed heavily trying to do my best to stay awake. "...sore...dizzy..." Sakura started to change some of my bandages from the birth. "You're going to be ok...do you feel good enough to breast feed? If not I could...umm milk you..." Sakura blushed at the thought. I had tried to breast feed once before about 3 hours after the birth. "..yes..I think so.." boruto started to cry again, Sakura coming to him. "Shhhh..." she cooed to him as she handed him carefully to Hinata. "Do you need any help?" I was now mostly awake now. The herbal medicine made me so very tired, to mask the pain, it would make me sleep. "Sakura...? Where's Naruto..?" I pulled my top slightly down trying to place my nipple in boruto a mouth. Sakura sighed while grinding up some herbs for my medicine. "He went to take a nap...if you need him I could get him for you..but he was looking really tired before I told him to go take a break." I smiled at this, boruto began trying to suck on my boob, some milk here and there coming out. "Why isn't my milk flowing properly?" Boruto fusses a little. "After awhile you should get the hang of it, it just takes some time. Or atleast that's what I've read." Sakura continued to make my medicine while we bantered on about what had happened. "Where's Tsunade?...how long has it been?" Sakura dishes up putting the medicine inside a cup for me. "I'm not too sure, she said she would be back after taking care of the village repairs and stuff. It's been about 6 or 7 hours now, 9 or 10 if you count when the Akatsuki attacked." The sensation of boruto feeding make my nerves tingle. "I hope she's back soon...I want to go home...but our apartment was destroyed...."
"It'll be alright, have some faith. I'm sure Ma'lady has a plan. Now it's time for your medicine again anyway, I'll take him." I nodded, handing boruto to her now, he was almost asleep. Sakura passed me the medicine, I drank it down with a slice of bread. It tasted awful like a bitter, almost sour tea. Sooner than later I was out again.
