CHAPTER 2

Tuesday morning… I woke up earlier than usual. I went to the bathroom to take a shower and then got dressed. After I picked up my outfit I went down to my mother, she had breakfast ready for me. Now my mom only has me, my father died 6 months a ago in a car accident that my mom doesn’t even want to talk about, so I never intend to ask, its only me and her I hope I could make her happy, I know she’s in pain she lost the love she loved the most, I am sure she won’t lose me, I hope I don’t too. Before leaving I kissed my mom’s forehead and said “I LOVE YOU MOM” she smiles back at me “I LOVE YOU TOO HONEY”.  
I step out the door finding Billie waiting in the car with Donna and Aiden with him, I sit in front with Billie, they had music on, my favorite Radio Station “Virgin Radio” its amazing best songs ever, they had Fancy by IGGY, we start singing along with it, it was fun, being with them is fun, I don’t regret moving to this town at all. When we reached school we had music, we all headed there. Our music teacher is called Tori, she enters the class. “ok so I am Tori as some of you may know. So today you will perform in groups of 9, with a song of your own choice. Begin!” says Tori. The gang meets up. “so who wants to sing?”, “Zai can! She has an amazing voice.” Says Donna, “But…” , “But nothing Zai! You are singing.”
I sigh in defeat. “Fine but were singing Best Mistake, I need a rapper.” “I can do it “says Billie. “I can drum.” Says Aiden.  “I will be lead guitarist.” Says Donna.  “Sarah, Johanna, and Stephanie can be back up.” Chimes Donna. “I’ll be bass” says Marc “so its settled.” I say. There is a silence. Then everyone applauds. I start to blush like crazy. “That was amazing Zai! You were so good.” Squeals Donna “thanks” I say. We all got out of the music room and directly left for our break time; we were sitting outside enjoying the daylight while saying some quotes, we gave a subject and we had to give quotes about it. Billie starts of saying “If you reveal your secrets to the wind, you should not blame the wind for revealing them to the trees.” It is so good we were amazed by it, but now its Donnas turn “Thought is the wind, knowledge the sail, and mankind the vessel.” She says, we then changed the subject to funny quotes, its Aiden’s turn “if you try & try & still fail, the lesson is to stop trying.” We all started cracking up, it was my turn now and I don’t have any idea what to say let me think. I say “Happiness is having a large, loving, caring, close-knit family in another city.” “TRUE” they all said to me, it was really, but my mom needs me more than I need her.
At the end of the day I headed home saw mom cooking lunch for me it smelled so good, I would never get tired of my mother’s cooking. She prepared for me Lasagna today, I ate a lot I was about to explode it was around 6PM. I finished eating headed up to my room to finish my studying, when I finished and was about to go hit the shower there was a car waiting outside for me, it looked like Billie’s car, when I looked out the window he stepped out the car saying “come down were going out, Aiden went to pick Donna up, am here to pick you”, “wait ill ask my mom first” I say. I run down to my mom saying “Mom me and my friends are going out. Can I go? Billie is already here, he’s waiting out said.” “okai baby but call me is anything happens you’re the only one I have now.” She says. I hold her head kiss her million times and hug her as hard as I can while saying “don’t worry mom we will always have each other, I’ll be back by midnight. I’ll call you...”
