"Let's split up, Felix you go with Woojin, Jeongin come with me," Chan said. "Hyung we can't see in the dark," Jeongin complained. Chan then changed into his fairy form giving a faint light, illuminating the area a bit, "You can see with me in this form," Chan said. "Where's Woojin hyung?" Felix asked. Beside him lies a flashlight, "I'm guessing that is Woojin hyung," Jeongin said. "Hurry up, time is of the essence here," the flashlight suddenly said confirming their theory of it being Woojin. Felix immediately grabs the flashlight. "You guys go that way. We'll go this way," Chan said instructing Felix to go left. "Okay, he's inside the one with a red door, Seungmin is with him," Felix said as he bolted towards the left as the emergency lights turned on.
Chan and Jeongin were carefully searching the right-wing of the facility when the young Elementalist came running towards them. "Run.... a crazy nephalim is on the loose," the Elementalist shouted and hid behind Jeongin. "What are you talking about," Jeongin asked just as Seungmin materialized in front of them. Without a word, Seungmin released what seemed to be a black mass aimed at Jeongin. Both Jeongin and Chan didn't expect Seungmin to attack them and was too shocked to react. Good thing the Elementalist was with them and reacted quickly and blocked the nephalim's attack. "Guys snap out of it or we'll all die," the Elementalist shouted. By this time Seungmin was collecting black masses again much bigger than the previous one, he threw at them. Before Chan and Jeongin can snap out of their shock Seungmin attacked them, luckily the Elementalist countered the attack by summoning white masses coming from his palms which connected with the black mass from the nephalim which tried to push each other back. They were battling for a while when the Elementalist shouted, "fairy bind him". Chan then immediately summoned vines but the nephalim was quick to react and rushed towards the fairy and knocked him off the wall which made him unconscious. He then draws a black sword out of nowhere and hurled himself towards Jeongin. Knowing that he can't avoid nor fight off the nephalim, Jeongin waited for his impending death.
Before the sword struck Jeongin, a creature with majestic white wings blocked the attack with a white sword. "You okay," the Elementalist asked which turns out to also be an angel. "I'm fine," Jeongin answered. "Good, do everything you can to wake the fairy up we need to somehow suppress this deranged nephalim, NOW," the angel shouted. Jeongin quickly ran to the fairy and tried to wake him up to no avail. Meanwhile, the moment the angel shouted Seungmin backed-off a bit then drove his sword straight to the angel's heart, luckily he was fast enough to fly sideward to the left narrowly avoiding the sword who in turn dug itself on the wall. While the Seungmin was struggling to take his sword out from the wall the angel disappeared briefly, appearing on the right side of Seungmin sending a punch on the nephalim making him fly across the room to the far wall. Wasting no time the angel flew across the room towards the nephalim to send him another punch. Quickly Seungmin regained his composure and caught the angel by his legs and drove him towards the wall slightly destroying it in the process. He then tried to kick him but was easily avoided by the angel. Countering the attack the angel punched the nephalim trying to bang its head to the wall who avoided the assault resulting in the angel's hands punching and cracking the wall. The angel tried this 2 more times failing every time. The nephalim grabbed the angel by the shoulders pinning him firmly to the wall and then kicking him destroying the wall and sends him flying inside the lab facility lying on the other side. The nephalim then summoned another sword, with a swift movement the nephalim drove the sword into the angel's stomach.
"NO," Jeongin shouted watching what was happening. Seungmin pulled the sword out and walked slowly towards Jeongin while the angel slid down the wall holding his wound which was oozing golden blood. Out of fear that his life will end by the hands of his best friend, Jeongin pushed himself away from Seungmin but eventually hits a wall. With each advance of the nephalim Jeongin's heart beats louder in his chest, then suddenly he heard a voice inside his head. "It's time for you to awaken my child," confused Jeongin looked away from Seungmin to try and look for the source of the voice to which he found was a mistake for when he turned back to Seungmin the nephalim was right in front of him displaying an evil smirk before grabbing his neck. Being this close to the nephalim Jeongin noticed that Seungmin's eyes were lifeless and unfocused as if someone is controlling him. The hands gripping Jeongin's neck started to tighten and the psychic is slowly losing his breath. "Seungmin, remember who you are, fight whoever is controlling you," Jeongin begged in hope that the nephalim will snap out of it to no avail. Raising his hands Seungmin positioned himself ready to strike Jeongin before the sword makes contact with his body Jeongin heard the voice again "Awaken Wol-Ryung". This was the last thing he heard before his body falls to the ground along with an unconscious Seungmin.
Meanwhile, somewhere inside a nearby forest. "Looks like someone powerful broke my curse," a hooded person said holding his burned hands.
