Prince Leonhard stormed into his chambers and slammed the door behind him. He threw his disaster diary against the table as he dove into his chair to start writing.

I can't believe Heine tried to kill our father! Damn Heine, I thought he was different from all the royal tutors who came before him. He's the only tutor I've ever accepted. It's only because of him I started studying as hard as I have been. But all along, he was a bad guy from the beginning?! Right here, under my nose?! "Tomorrow morning, I should be able to tell you everything," he says. Does he think he can worm his way out of this?! I'll never attend one of his stupid lessons again. For whatever he did to father, he can go to hell for all I care!

I hate secrets, they are bad! Now I know that no one has secrets as big as his! I gave him my trust as my teacher, but he was keeping secrets from me. And to think I forgave him! But I will never forgive him for this, not this time. I didn't believe, not even for a single millisecond, that he was a bad guy! To think I defended him in front of Count Rosberry!

I am a dunce. I should have been suspicious and started asking questions. But it was all because I believed in him! Deep down I want to trust him too. But...how could he do this?

After writing such a reflective diary entry at a tremendous pace, Prince Leonhard slowly puts down his pen. His tears found their way onto the page as his slender frame and lips trembled like a leaf. He buries his face in his hands and weeps, for reality has torn him in two.
