Stepping of the treadmill, Noah’s heart rate raced, her fair skin glistened with sweat. Grabbing the towel that lay over her shoulder she dabbed at her face and chest causing a few loose strand of her long blonde wavy hair to cling to the moisture on her forehead.

‘That hot guy is here again and has been watching you for the last five minutes.’ Noah’s best friend Callie pointed behind her. ‘Look, but don’t be obvious.’

Noah looked over her shoulder as casually as she could and saw said guy. They had been seeing this guy around the gym for the last week. Noah and he had exchanged a few smiles, a few passing hello’s but nothing more.

Callie was not exaggerating when she called him hot. He looked to be at least six foot with light olive skin, dark blonde shaggy curly hair, electric blue eyes, a killer smile and he looked to be in top physical form. All in all very easy on the eyes.

Noah soon realised he had noticed her watching him with a smile on his face. Noah turned back feeling very flushed.

'So much for not being obvious.' Callie said with a raised brow grabbing her water bottle heading to the changing room, Noah followed closely behind.

‘He is so hot, but do you really think he was looking at me?’ Noah asked Callie as she slipped the key into her locker hearing the small click.

'I’m pretty sure, I mean look at you girl’ Callie gestured to Noah’s body. ‘He would have to be mad not to find you attractive. In case you haven’t noticed you're pretty damn hot yourself.’ Callie laughed.

Callie wasn’t wrong Noah was indeed an attractive woman. She stood at 5f 5 inches with long blonde wavy hair and fair skin. She had beautiful vibrant green eyes and full lips. She was in top physical shape, with a few curves in the right places. Noah was very athletic due to the fact she was in college to be a personal trainer. Her body was her temple. She was vegetarian both for the health factors and the fact she was an avid animal lover.

Every morning before college Noah did a half hour of yoga. After College she came here to the gym for an hour. As well as a nightly jog, which was to help expel any excess energy. This helped her sleep better.

All in all Noah was most people’s definition of natural beauty. Though she far from saw herself this way. Looks were the least important thing to her. Not to say she couldn’t appreciate good looks such as the hot guy outside, she just preferred to focus on inner beauty of a person.

Noah replied while throwing her socks at Callie 'Shut up. Of course you have to say that, you’re my best friend. Besides who says it was me he was staring at? For all we know it could have been you. In case you haven’t noticed you’re not exactly lacking in the beauty department.' Noah gave a eyebrow wiggle that made Callie laugh.

Callie too was beautiful, but where Noah would easily blend into a crowd, Callie would most definitely stand out. She stood two inches above Noah at 5f 7 inches. She had long dark silky locks, dark olive skin and long legs and curves most women would kill for.

'Noah you know me better than that, if I thought you were ugly I’d say it, in the nicest way possible, but I’d say it.’ She threw the socks back. ‘But trust me, he was watching you. Not to mention it hasn’t been me he has been smiling at in the passing.’ Callie grabbed her towel and headed for the shower.

‘Well I guess we will have to agree to disagree on that one then.’ Noah laughed stepping into the shower letting the warm water relax her muscles.
