The Call Of A War

I woke up and found myself in Zachs strong arms. I remembered what all had happened and shuddered as I felt that lips on me agian.

I knew he wasnt there but i can still fell it.

Zach mustve felt me shudder cause he held me to him tighter. I started crying. It was all my fault it happened.

"Im sorry." I said as he stroked my back and hair. "for wait love?" He asked. "if I hadnt of ran that far. The whole thing with that Alpha wouldnt have happened. Its all my fault." I said.

He made me look at him and then I felt his lips on mine.

I kissed him back.

When he pulled away he looked me in the eyes. "Dont ever blame yourself. Understand?" He said. I gave him a small smile and nodded.

There was a nock on my door.

I got up and answered it. It my mom. Her eyes widdened when Zach walked up to me and wrapped his arms possessivly around my waist.

"Its the Alpha. He said there is another pack declaring war. We are to go to the pack house." She said.

Zach growled lightly. We both knew which pack and why.

We put on our shoes and we all left. Zach never left my side. He told me that now that I accepted him as a mate he was going to be by my side forever.

Not that i minded.

We arrived and the Alpha started.

"The Black Forrest Pack is threatening war on us. The Alpha has said that We've Kiddnaped his Luna and he kill everyone in this pack to find her." My blood ran cold.

"We dont know who he is. So. To make peace. I told him that all the females are to report outside in one hour. He will get his mate and promised to drop the war threats. And protect this pack. Since his mate is of this pack."

Zach growled and held me closer.

"Dont worry love. He wont take you. I promise." He said. I nodded.

Soon i was standing with all the girls and i couldnt help my shaking.

I could feel Zachs eyes on me.

Soon they arrived.

I heard the Alpha growl.

"As promised. Every female is here." Alpha Marks said. I looked up threw my hair and saw the Alpha look at us all.

We all kept our heads down in respect.

Soon we heard a threatening growl. And another one and reconized them both. My attacker. And Zachs.

"Where is she hybrid." My attacker said. "She's mine." Zach said. I knew they were going to start fighting.

"Im right here." I said. Everything went quiet.

I looked at Zach and saw the two looking at me.

My attacker smirk at me. He walked up to me and Alpha Marks quickly grabbed Zach.

I backed away.

"I dont know your name." I said. He pulled me to him. I shuddered at the sparks. "Nick Lupis." He said.

I nodded.

"I, Stephanie McCarthy, reject you, Nick Lupis, as my mate." I said. His eyes darkened. "What?" He growled dangerously.

"Take. It. Back." He demanded. "Say you accept me." He ordered.

"I, Stephanie McCarthy, accept Zach.... Mmmppphhh!" Nicks hand covered my mouth. Stopping me from finishing.

"I, Nick Lupis, refuse your rejection." He growled. Pain and anger in his eyes. I struggled in his grip.

He then turned my head to the side. And i gasped.

Hes going to force his mark on me again! Infront of everybody!

"My baby!" My mom cried. Zach had phased and was being held back by the alpha, the beta and the third-in-command.

He bent down and gaged.

He straightened up.

His face twisted in descust and was glaring at my neck.

"You have Wolfbane all over your neck." He growled.

"See to it shes packed and ready to leave." He said and shoved me into my parents arms.

I glared at him.

"I'll never leave with you. You'll have to drag me with you." I spat. He chuckled and walked up to me.

He made me look up at him.

"Oh I will." He said.
