"Aliyah wake up! Your gonna be late for your first day." Aliyah's mom hollered from her room
A sleepy Aliyah gets out of bed and proceeds to get ready
"MOM!" Aliyah hollered
Her mother enters the room within seconds
"Yes...?" Her mother reply's
"I really don't want to go, all people will be talking about is what happened last year and I just started to have peace with it all." Aliyah said
Her mother gave a soft smile before saying "Babygirl I know but you don't want to go to a new school and you don't want to go to this one. You know good and well I can't homeschool you either."
"I know I know but mommy pretty please just one more day at home."
"That baby shit don't work with me anymore." her mom chuckled
"Okay okay... I thought it would." Aliyah giggled
"Baby you just need to face your battles I know it's hard but you've been doing so good!" Says as she kisses my cheek
"Thanks ma I love you so much" Aliyah says
"I love you more baby and I will always love you no matter what you do. Now... can you go get ready for me?" Her mother asks
"Yes ma I will" Aliyah gives a smile as she starts to get up out of bed
"Good cause it's 6:45 and your ass take all the time in the world to get ready. Be downstairs at 7:35! I'll make you some breakfast too." Aliyah's mom says as she walks out of the room
"Mom you don't have to play me like that and yesssss okay I'm going to get ready now" Aliyah says walking into her bathroom

I run the water to my shower as I start on my morning hygiene routine.
Once I finished that I started my music and get into the shower
The first song to come on was "Playing Games" by Summer Walker
As soon as my favorite part comes on I begin to sing like I was Summer Walker herself
