Neil and Avni's business was flooding in loses. They are deprived of hope, now. Nothing they do brings even a minute change in the shop's situation.
No one is ready to buy their shoes and neither of them is even glancing at their shop.
Tiny shop!
Avni and Neil had been married for about 2 years. They loved making shoes, boots whatever one would like to call them.
Neil was a small baby when his parents started this business and being his responsibility he is still maintaining it in a proper condition even after his parent's death.
And, suddenly there was a fancy looking boots shop that had been opened somewhere in the town. Since then, no one is even glancing at the shop they had been buying from ages.
"what do we do now, neil?" Avni asked him panicking.
"Don't worry, love. Everything's gonna be alright. Let's find some alternative " Neil motivated her.
They needed money. If they became penniless there will be no food and water. And lastly, no shelter. Everything they have right now might be lost.
Every damn thing.
And, no! Neil wouldn't let that happen.
That night Neil set up all the material in the machine and was about to make the shoe when he added a familiar voice.
"Neil come it's late. You can do that tomorrow" his wife groaned.
Avni was a light sleeper. Not like her husband neil who's a very heavy sleeper. And, she can't stay late at night as neil.
Sighing, neil left the material as it is switched off the light and headed to their room.
Feeling the bed drip avni placed her head on his chest and said: "Do you think we can get through this?" She asked. Her panic was absolutely visible in her voice.
Neil shrugged. "Honestly? I don't know. But, i know one thing. Together we can do any damn thing, avni" he smiled at her.
That night both of the entities have only one thought in their minds. 'Please save us from this.'
The next came morning was faster than they thought. Waking up avni did not disturb Neil and got into the living room.
There she saw a pair of shoes ready. It shining and was spectacular.
He never listens, avni thought.
Minutes later, neil got up and after dressing himself appropriately he headed to his workspace. He was shocked to see a new pair of shoes at the same place where he left the material last night.
Confused, he called her wife. "Avni! Avni.. come over here.. Soon!"
Hearing his impatience voice she came rubbing off to the shop and asked: "what's the matter, neil?" She panted.
Men ignored her question and asked, "Did you make them?"
Avni shook her head.
Dumbfounded "Then who?" He voiced out loud.
That very moment they heard a ding of the shop indicating there was some customer waiting. Without wasting the time neil went to the customer and asked what was that he needed.
But, the customer was very indulged in something to listen to Neil's words.
He just asked, "How much that boots costs?" Looking at the magic shoes that neither neil nor avni had made.
