Flashback
Tzuyu was 8 years old at that time.

"Dad!! You're home!" I jumped excitedly. It's been more than 6 months since I last saw my dad.

"Hi, my little princess. How are you?" He hugged and swung me around. "Dad, do you have any surprises for me?" I asked. Whenever my dad goes on a business trip, he would give me something. For example, he would spend 3 days with me, or go to the park together. "Of course sweetie. This is a big surprise."

Minutes later, a woman came in. She's pretty, but to Mom, she's nothing.

"Hello~ You are Chou Tzuyu? Your dad told me a lot about you. Nice to meet you." She smiled gently. Her name was Minsung, Han Minsung.

I was confused at first, but decided to act nice. "Hi, nice to meet you, too." I faked a smile. My dad invited me for lunch, and obviously I want to have lunch with him. She also went to the dining room.

"Okay, so...Tzuyu. I have to tell you something." Dad looked at me.

"Huh? I hummed in return. Expecting something wonderful would happen.

"Han Mingsun...I'd marry her." He looked down.

What did he just say? He wants to marry her? "Dad!! Why!!??" I stared at him. But all I got was "I'm sorry. She'll be your mom." I stood up then stomped outside and went straight to my room. I locked the door, and turned off the light. I was so shocked.

He said he would never marry anyone else. He said he will never stop loving Mom. Lies. Liar. I hate him. I hate his soon-to-be wife. I cried and cried.

*Knock Knock*

"My daughter, please come out. Are you okay?" He's asking how I am after all the mess he created?

"LEAVE ME ALONE!!" I shouted.

"Honey, I am sorry. But if you get to know her, you will like her!" Ha. Really? No. I will never like her.

"I don't like her one bit, and I don't love you anymore." I said calmly.

"Daughter, I will let you have your own space." Then he left...

I locked myself in my room for more than a week. No food, no light, no...nothing. Then I decided to call my cousin, Jennie Kim, to ask if I can stay at her house for a long period of time. And of course, her answer is Yes.

I packed up and sneaked out. Then went straight to my cousin's house. She has her own mansion, which her parents bought for her, so I can live there for a while. She's 5 years older than me, 13 years old.

I finally got to eat. I looked at myself in the mirror, I was so skinny, I lost 15 pounds.... I was lucky I was alive.

Everyone I loved, now they all left me.

I won't love anyone else.
