We soon approached the neighborhood, you could nearly feel the booming of the loud music. Parking was a runaround due to the amount of cars that filled the parking space, after about 30 minutes, we finally found a spot but was quite a walking distance.

As we approached the building, some random guys came up to us, offering us some drinks.

"Hello Hello" The one at the back said, in a flirty tone but I knew better than to fall for it.

"Hi, now keep it moving" I stated, with an attitude to my statement.

He looked intimidated but still decided to talk, "Sassy, I like it."

I didn't go to the same school as Alexa, but I could bet my last penny that they were probably the "jocks" that thought they could intimidate everyone, and by the look on Alexa's face it was confirmed.

"Look, I don't know who you are so don't try to flirt with me" The look on his face was a burnt expression before I walked away.

"Girl..you put him in his place" Alexa mentioned, when we were deeper in the house.

"I know, who is he anyways?" I said proudly.

"Usual annoying guys."

After about 3 shots of some sort of alcohol that made my throat burn, a bunch of drunk annoying teenagers bumping into me. Also, I couldn't find Alexa so I was left all on my own to "mingle".

"Hey," A guy walks up to me, he looks handsome, but I can't really see his face clearly due to the dimmed light.

"Hi," I stated blankly.

"Would you like to join us?" He asked pointing towards a sofa across the room that had quite a few people there.

"What's happening there?"

"We're just playing never have I ever"

"Sure" We walked over, it was full and some people sat on the floor but there was this empty space which I'm guessing was his, I quickly went over before he came back.

"You new around here?" A pretty girl beside me asked.

"No, I don't go to Mount field." I stated.

"Ohh...ok" She said before concentrating back on who's choosing partners.

"Auri and...Tom" He points to the girl I spoke to earlier and some guy sitting on the floor across me.

"And...you are?" He asked a little rudely.

"Esha" I earned some awkward stares.

"Esha and Blake" He states who I'll be partnering with and he looks cute but he needs to get rid of the glasses he put 3

"We're going third" I said when partners started talking about when they wanted tohave their turn.

The game was just starting and a girl named Danielle was asking the questions.

"Kissed a guy or girl I saw for the first time."

"I have" I said. I could never forget the time I went to the mall with my friends and there was this cute boy and I went up to him and kissed him.

"Have not" Blake said.

"Exchanged schools with my best friend for a day" She asked another pair.

The game had gone round twice and it had gotten hotter. Some other group of friends had joined the game and from the way they greeted themselves, I'm guessing they're the regular party holders. We had a few minutes break, so I headed to the kitchen to grab a drink.

"Esha!" I turned around to see Savannah.

"Savy!" I exclaimed as I saw the only blonde I have as a friend and probably will only have. We barely saw each other, because she is mostly Alexa's friend.

As she pulled me into a warm embrace, I noticed that the group I was with minutes ago, had now grown impatient, causing me to awkwardly pull out of the hug.

"Hold on, I was playing a game, then came to get a drink, seems like the group is growing impatient." I stated, looking across the room.

"Sure," I heard her say as I walked across the room.

"Sorry guys, I think I'll pass on the second half."

The look on their faces, spoke for itself and some people decided to reply with hisses and eye rolls, but Blake decided to speak up.

"It's ok, I think I'll pass as well." He states, standing from his sitting position on the floor.

"Wanna go grab a drink?" He scratched the back of his head.

"No, I already grabbed one and I'm keeping someone waiting but you could come join us." I offered and he nodded in agreement as we walked back across the room.

"Blake?" Savannah said but it came out more like a question.
