Jane Madison:Me and my family had just moved into the neighborhood on 1700 Broadway Ave. I was very excited to see our new home for the first time, due to my parents keeping it a "surprise". When we got there I was not expecting our home be the one previously owned by my late grandfather Brian Madison, who passed away two years back due to "lung cancer". And grandpa left this house in his will for us to either sell or live in ourselves. But this is NOT the only thing I noticed when we arrived...
Jane Madison:What I noticed was a man sitting on his porch peering over his balcony at us moving in. To be honest when I saw him, I had a really bad feeling about this man, but I couldn't figure out why.
Marilyn Madison:Come on Jane! We have to get these boxes into the house
Jane Madison:Okay Mom.
Thomas Madison:Nice neighborhood isn't it Jane.
Jane Madison:Something just isn't right about the vibe I am getting from this neighborhood, I mean it is nice and all but I just have a bad feeling about things that's all.
Marilyn Madison:Tom, a lady is calling us over for lunch.
Thomas Madison:A lady! Why we are moving things in
Marilyn Madison:I'm sorry but we are busy at the moment since we are just moving in and all.
Ms. Catherine:But I insist I was Brian Madison's neighbor for years! And I made his favorite cookies just for your family as a gift.
Marilyn Madison:Oh that was so kind of you we will be over soon.
Ms. Catherine:Oh please join me it gets lonely over here at times
Marilyn Madison:Kids we are going next door to meet a neighbor okay
Jim Madison:A neighbor mom, why?
Marilyn Madison:Your grandfather used to be her neighbor before he passed, so it is right for us to go over and chat with our neighbor for a little while.
Jane Madison:How long did she know grandpa?
Marilyn Madison:I don't know Jane, possibly since one or the other moved next door to each other, but we will find out when we go over there.
Jane Madison:Okay so now we are getting invitations from neighbors that don't even know us? What will happen next some kid coming over trying to be my friend Ugh! Why do people always try to be in our lives when we don't know them!
Thomas Madison:She made your grandfather's favorite cookies! So I suggest that you get rid of this rude behavior young lady right now!
Marilyn Madison::Tom she's waiting on us!
Thomas Madison:Okay we're coming.Jane Madison:
So we go over to our neighbor's home to see what she had in store for us there...
