Chapter 5

Shaylynns pov

I woke up and I am tired. Like I would fall back asleep. But I can't. I have to clean my room. And the guest room, where Taylor's sleeping.

I woke up Katie.

"Whattt?"

"Hey wake up"I said" I'm gonna clean my room and the guest room and then we can get our nails a done. I also have a hair appointment at 6:00."

"Okay fine." She said.

I started cleaning my room. All I have to do is out my clothes away and make my bed. And the guest room I just have to put new sheets on it and put a scentsy in there.

I finished that In about 15 mins.

"Katie let's get ready." I said.

"Okay" she said

We went to the bathroom and brushed our hair. We got our straighteners and did our hair. After that we brushed our teeth and put makeup on.

I finished first and went to my closet and chose out an out fit. I got some shorts and a crop top. My black vans and black chokers.

Then Katie got her clothes on. She had a black skater shirt with an aaron carpenter shirt on and black vans.

We went to the nail salon and got our nails done. It took forever because they only had one worker lady so we were there for 3 hours.

We paid the lady and went and got Taco Bell. I just got a baja blast and some chips.

"Katie I have to go to my hair appointment so let's go"I said.

My mom drove us over there and she stayed to talk to the hairdresser.

"What do you want today honey?"she asked me

"I want brown highlights in my hair" I smiled.

"Are you sure your beautiful blonde hair is so pretty."

"I'm positive" I said.

She started my hair and it's taking forever because my hair is long, it's about to my butt.

"Katie will you go get me a dr. Pepper?" I asked handing her 2 dollars "you can get something too"

"Yeah" she said.

"Thanks Katie" I smiled

She came back and I opened it and took a sip.

"Mhhmm" I said and me and Katie started laughing.

"There we go. All done mrs shay" said my hairdresser. She turned me around and I looked in the mirror.

"Omg I love it!" I smiled so big. "Thanks"

"Your welcome"she replied

"Shay Katie, you ready?" My mom said.

"Yes I'm exhausted" I said. "we have school tomorrow and it's 10:30"

"Yeah"Katie said.

We got in the car, drove Katie to her house and then went home.

I went up stairs and went to bed.

*Monday morning*

"Shay wake up it's time for school"

"Ughh fine"I said

I went and showered. I have this body wash that smells really good. It's like apple flavored.

I got out and brushed my hair out it's still dry because I used a shower cap I can't wash my hair because I just got highlights and they'll come out.
