this is my book for tutorials and stuff. . and--believe it or not--the first tutorial is for the book cover!

so first we start with a base image!

this was actually two images i combined together.
next i add more images and erase the edges of them with the eraser tool

now lets add some effects!
some of the picsart effects alone are pretty good. so the first effect i add on is called B&W
i just erase the effect off of the images of ari n mj

the next effects are "VIN2" and "VIN3", i set those on fade to what ever i think suits the edit!

the next effect i use is called "Smart Blur", it gives it its dreamy like effect

then i add the effect called "Noise", which gives it a static type look!
