I watched as he left the park with his mother supposedly. What exactly is this feeling? Why am I feeling it? It feels so familiar., And I hate it!

I ran through the park and dashed back home. By then my sister was already at the house. I walked in and I greeted her with a smile. "So you just left the door open and unlocked for 5 hours Lea?" I asked her.

She looked at me and smiled. "Well, yeah. Ain't nobody gonna walk in here except you, mom, and Justin. That's all."

I paused and I looked at her with my head tilted sideways. "who the fuck is Justin?"

"Who the fuck is who?"

"Who the fuck is Justin. Don't act dumb all of a sudden." I raised my voice.

"Justin is my boyfriend. We've been dating for about 9 months. But I've been keeping it a secret from you and mom because neither one of you guys like boyfriends or boys in the house supposedly. I never really knew what your problem was." She said rolling her eyes at me.

"Now wait a damn minute! All these months you've been telling me and mom, AND your friends that you were single and you weren't looking for a relationship. But these past 9 months you were in a relationship with 'Justin'?" I yelled.

"Now don't even almost. Don't act like I didn't see you in the park with that boy Destiny. Is that your man?" She raised her eyebrow.

My face went red and was flushed with embarrassment. "You know who he is?"

"Yes, I do! That's Nathan McDonald. He lives next door."

My heart stopped. "He's our next-door neighbor?"

"Yes, he is. And he goes to our school. Doesn't he look a little familiar to you? He is the captain of the football team, he plays basketball, he plays football, he plays soccer, He plays in th-"

"Oh my God shut uuup! I get it! He's good at every sport possible Lea! I don't need to hear from him."

"But last time I checked, ya'll were in the park, hugging, holding hands, shaking ass."

"Now who was shaking ass? Not me." I said to her.

"That's probably because you ain't got none to shake." She giggled.

I marched upstairs in anger and frustration. "You ready to admit that you finally have a crush on someone Destiny?" I hear Lea's voice echo from downstairs.

"Shut up and don't talk to me! Go be with Justin and get out of my business!" I yelled at her.

I walked into my room and slammed the door.

I walked over to the window to look at the stars and calm myself down a little bit. While I was looking at the stars, I saw somebody walking to the house next door to us. I glanced closer and I saw that it was Nathan!

My attention was now all of a sudden on him. He was walking with his mom to the house. I knew that because he was much taller than her and they looked pretty much identical. They stopped and started talking to each other.

I kept on staring and staring and staring and staring at them until they stopped talking. I was confused, so I stared a little longer. His mom pointed towards me and Nathan turned around. I jumped and fell backward, and I ended up hitting my head on the metal part of my bed. I suddenly felt a rush of pain go through my head.

I looked up to see that my big sister was watching me the whole time.  "Why you being a creep?"  She said with a disgusted look on her face.

"I wasn't I was looking at the stars. Why are you in my room?"

"Why wasn't the door locked?"  She said to me.

I shrugged my shoulders and I looked the other direction.  "What's for dinner?" I asked her.

She looked at me, "Mom is almost done with dinner so you might as well stop 'Nathan-Gazing' and come downstairs."

"Nathan-Gazing? What's 'Nathan-Gazing?" I asked confused.

"Gazing at Nathan instead of the stars. Now lets go eat."
