Prologue, Dark Times

The bird's calls echoed through the trees, only disturbed by the wind as is blew softly, making the leaves rustle.

A man cloacked in black appeared and breathed in the quiet. "So peaceful," he thought, "but soon that will change."

He walked on and soon came to a clearing. At first glance it seemed to be empty but after a few seconds, dark figures came out of the shadows. One of them stepped forward and removed his hood.

"You came, good. We can now begin," the man had a thick, black beard and a bushy mustache and he was obviously the leader.. He turned and led the figures through the trees.

In another clearing, a black circle covered the forest floor. The man with the beard stepped into the middle of the circle and the rest took a place around the circle in smaller black rings.

"You all know why we are here," the man with the beard announced. "We are here to change the world of Miscria forever! We are the Magicites and we shall rule!"

The crown shouted their approval. "Silence," the leader finally said.

"And how are we going to rule Miscria exactly?" one of the crowd shouted out.

"Hmmm I'm glad you asked, we are going to use some dark magic."

"Yeah I kinda figured that," the man replied.

"Not just any dark magic, the strongest, most powerful dark magic of them all!"

"You don't mean-"

"Yes, we will raise the Elementums once more!"

More whispers came from the crowd, that then turned into yells.

"Long live the Magicites!" there were more roars from the crowd. And they carried on through the night.
