Once Lost but Found (Attack on Titan my oc x Eren)

Chapter 7: Trial

Eren was having a dream about Judith (remember his babysitter). He dreamed of seeing her again. Eren woke up to a start. His surroundings weren't framiliar. He recognized two figures a short man standing up and a man sitting down. He recognized them as Commander Erwin Smith, a tall blonde with unusually large eyebrows. And Corporal Ravialle "Levi" Ackerman.

"I see you are awake." Erwin said.

Eren looked at the man.

"Do you know what happened to you after you triggered your Titan form?" Erwin asked.

"No, sir. All I remember is turning into a Titan. Nothing after." Eren said.

"What is your exact purpose, Eren Jaeger?" The blonde asked raising an eyebrow.

"To destroy all those nasty Titans out there and to save humanity." He replied a sinister look on his face.

"I see. Weren't you going to become part of the Survey Corps?" Erwin asked.

"Yes, Commander." Eren replied.

"Well, I welcome you to the Survey Corps." The Commander said with a nice smile.

Eren got some rest he woke up the next day and had a person squeeze her face inbetween the bars. Eren jumped back. "I was sent to fetch you." She said. They opened the cage door and unlocked him from the chains. "Put these on. Just a safety precaution." He put the handcuffs on and they walked him along. She had brunette/redish hair with brownish eyes. "Name's Hangi Zoe." A male next to him started sniffing him. "That's Miche Zacharius. He has a habit of sniffing people he meets and then smirking." Eren looked down. The arrived at two big double doors. "See ya later, Eren." Hanji said, opening the door. It was a big room with the different branches of the military. He was guided to the middle of the room. He kneeled and they put a piece of metal so he wouldn't escape.

"Eren Jaeger, correct?" A old guy said in front of him on the higher level said.

"Correct." He nodded and said. He looked around the room. Someone stood out in particular. Her black hair and green eyes with the slight freckles. 'Judith!' He thought. Her eyes met with his. She quickly averted his gaze. Did she hate him? She was standing with Levi. What did that mean. The flashback of the day she left was replayed in his head. Normally when she left she would say 'See you soon' or 'Bye for now'. But, when she left. She said 'Bye'...

"You have been charged with going out of control on a mission and of being a Titan, the sworn enemy of humanity." He said. "I'll ask you this, are you human or titan."

"I am human!" Eren yelled. Judith had a shocked look on her face.

"Your claim is being recorded. We heard that you swung a fist at Mikasa Ackerman after taking Titan Form. Is this true, Ms. Ackerman?"

"Yes, sir." Mikasa said bluntly. "But, two times before, Eren's Titan form protected me from the other Titans."

"Okay then, we will now hear from the branches about what they think we should do."

"He should be executed on the spot! He could have a connection between the Colossal and Armored Titan!" A Wallist man screamed. "These walls were given to us by God!" A large comotion went on until the Judge did something.

"Please be quiet, we will now here from the Military Police. What do you have to say?"

"We think Eren Jaeger should be expiremented on. He will die a fallen soldier and might have useful information for Humanity."

"Now the Survey Corps."

Commander Erwin spoke up, "We will take in Eren Jaeger and make him a full pledged soldier of the Survey Corps. That is all."

A little bit later in the trial (not to long though), Eren was kicked by Levi. He was kicked over and over again. Mikasa was glaring at Levi and Armin was trying to hold her back.

"Sir, I have a proposal." Erwin raised his hand.

"What is your proposal, Commander Erwin?"

"We let Levi take full custody of Eren Jaeger and make sure he can control his Titan abilities." He said. Judith smiled internaly, she will spend time with the young boy she babysat for years ago.

"I can take care of him if he gets out of control. I'll kill him on the spot. No hesitation." Levi said his cold, hard cobalt eyes looked blanky at Eren, who was all beaten and bloody.

Hanji, Miche, Erwin, Levi and Judith took him to the room. Hanji was tending to his wounds. Miche was looking out the window. Levi was having his normal tea. Judith sat next to Eren. "Don't hurt him Hanji." Judith said simply, smiling softly. That same smile that Eren remembered. "Oh yeah, good to see you Eren." Everyone turned to look at her.

"What is that supposed to mean?" Hanji asked.

"Well, I was Eren's babysitter befor the Fall of Wall Maria. That was around the time I joined the cadettes."

"Whoa! Eren had a babysitter?" Hanji burst out laughing.

"Yes, it was before I met Mikasa but, she took care of me then as well."

"You seemed to like me too~" Judith said in a slightly sing-song voice. Eren blushed.

"Shut up, Judith."
