Chapter 4 "The Vampire King's"Prize""
Author's POV
Soon day emerged and ended... soon the vampires and werewolves awoke, but only the Vampire King and artist had something.... interesting for the night.
Fallacy's POV
As I awoke, Suave knocked on the door. "Come in." I said. He opened the door and said, "Morning M'Lord, breakfast is ready and how was your night." I didn't know how to respond. I had sort of a half dream, half nightmare. It was about my old wife, and it was about someone else. It was a white boned skeleton. He had these unusual eyes and a splotch of ink on his cheekbone. "Good." I responded, not wanting to worry Suave. "I'm glad M'Lord, see you downstairs." Suave said. I lazily got up and got dressed, then went downstairs. I saw Jasper and Charlos were already were done and talking. They saw me and looked at me confused, I didn't know why though. Then I looked at the time, guess I was being very lazy. It was 19 minutes later than I usually get up. I ignored them and ate in silence. After I was done I told Suave I was going out. I then went to the forest hoping to find that skeleton.
Encre's POV
"Tonight." I said to myself. I already told Azure and Rufous and they supported me. I finished my latest art piece for King Asgore. I was right now taking it to him, he honestly terrified me. As I got to the throne room, Assgore saw me. "Ah, hello Encre. Have you finished?" He said immediately. "Yes King Asgore." I said promptly. "Good, good. Would you like some tea real quick?" He asked. "No thanks." I said trying not to stutter. "Alright, then goodbye Encre." He said, terrifyingly. At least, to me. Then when I got to my room, I packed my bag. I ran to Azure's place real quick first. "Oh, hello Encre." "Pleasure seeing you here." Azure and Rufous said. "I'm leaving, so I came to say goodbye." I said. Azure looked upset but then cheered up. "I'm glad you made this choice. Just because your leaving the kingdom doesn't mean I can't see you every again." He said. Rufous chuckled. "Azure's right, we'll be able to see you again, right?" Rufous said. I hugged them both. "Of course, how about every Monday and Friday?" I said. They both nodded. "Perfect, see you on Friday." I said. It's Tuesday today. Then I ran off, to the forest.
Fallacy's POV
As I was walking around, I heard footsteps. I looked around, looking for this Mortal. After 3 minutes, I found him. Then I realized it was the same skeleton from my half dream, half nightmare. A dreammare? No, that sounds like a ship name. I shook out of it when I realized I stepped on a twig. It snapped in half and made a cracking sound.
Encre's POV
As I was sitting on a boulder, I heard a twig snap. I snapped my head back and said "Who's there?" I didn't get an answer though. I decided it was my imagination... till I felt breathing on my neck.
Fallacy's POV
"Who's there?" I heard him question, as I hid behind a tree. I then smelt blood from this skeleton. I guess my instincts kicked in, because next thing I know. I'm breathing on his neck. "H-hello? Wh- who are you?" He questioned. I didn't answer, I could feel him quiver under me. I decided I would take him back to my castle, so I bite his neck. He moaned and I realized he was sensitive on his neck. Neither less to say he fainted when I drank all of the blood that came from the bite. I picked him up bridal and carried him back to my castle. He was very light, so it was easy. It still took me about 7 minutes to get back. I knocked on the castle door and Suave answered. "Hello M'Lo-." Suave stopped looking at the Mortal in my arms. "Should I prepare a room, M'Lord?" Suave asked. "Yes, and prepare some clothes. Make sure that you don't tell Jasper or Charlos." I said Empathizing Jasper and Charlos. "As you wish, M'Lord." Suave replied and went to fulfill his orders. God... what have I done.
Suave's POV
"As you wish, M'Lord." I said, as I went off. I saw Fibi, so I asked her to get the clothes. "Hello Fibi, could you get some clothes for a guest we have?" I asked. "Sure, Suave." She said and went off. I went and prepared the room as fast as I could. "Thank you, both." Fallacy said scaring me and Fibi. "Of course M'Lord." We both said at the same time, still a bit startled. Fallacy then put the Mortal on his bed. "What's his name, M'Lord?" I asked.
Fallacy's POV
"What's his name, M'Lord?" Suave asked. I then stopped and thought back to my 'DreamNight'. As I decided to call it, it still sounds like a ship name though. I stopped thinking about the name and focused on the dreamnight. I know it was stupid to trust sleeping, but it was the best I could do. If the dreamnight was wrong..... I swear to the heavens. "Encre." I said finally. "One other thing you two." I started again. They both looked at me. "Suave look after Jasper and Fibi look after Charlos." I said. They both nodded and ran off. I looked at 'Encre' one last time before leaving to go to sleep my self.
Suave's POV
As me and Fibi we're watching Jasper and Charlos. We were talking about Encre quite enough for the lords to not notice. "So Suave what do you think about him?" Fibi asked. "Well...." I begin. "Something tells me, Lord Fallacy..." I stopped again thinking about how to word it. "I think he found his prize." "What do you mean." She said
