It was a chilly tranquil evening, Aizawa put you and Izuku in charge of setting up and decorating the tree that was located in the lounge.

You were originally paired up with Bakugou to decorate the tree but it ended up with the two of you fighting over which colour tinsel should wrap around the tree, you almost choked the blond with some green tinsel.

Izuku was definitely a greater help than Bakugou.

While the green-haired boy was focusing on getting the lights to work you place a pair of reindeer ears on his head that you kindly borrowed from Hagakure, bringing you to now.

"You look adorable!"

"I feel dumb with this on..."

His cheeks heats up on embarrassment as he reaches to remove ears, you quickly grab his hand in the nick of time and intertwine it with yours.

"Please keep it on, for me?"

Your e/c eyes stare at his forest green ones, you give him a sad smile making his heart sink you took a huge toll on him no matter what you do if your were sad he was sad if you were happy he was too it was like that invisible string of fate didn't only connect you two together physically but emotionally, he takes a shaky breath in and lets out a breathy sigh.

"F-fine."

"YES!-"

"O-only if you give me a kiss."

Oh how cute he looked when he said that, it surprised you he wasn't the one to make the first move because of his shyness but it made you smile incredibly wide, the long the both of you spent time with each other his confidence grew little by little he didn't think it was much but you believed it was a great improvement.

"Thought you'd never ask.~"

You and Izuku lean in till your lips met forming a sweet and tender kiss, you rest your arms on his chest while he rested his around your waist, you pull apart and rest your head on his chest and fling your arms around his neck, he is scarred arms just held you tighter.

"I don't think I need a present for christmas."

"Too bad, i'm still getting you one."

"No, because you're the best present I could ever ask for."

His plants a kiss on your forehead.
