Before I could tap a letter for the text I will send to my ex-boyfriend, Toby, my dad called me.

"Victoria! What on earth are you doing up there?? Can you hurry up because I can see your school bus!" My dad warned me.

I'll just reply to Toby's text in the school bus since my dad is forcing me to hurry up and I can't avoid his command.

I placed my books, notebooks, and my school materials in my backpack and grabbed the backpack. I rushed downstairs and there I saw my dad just eyeing me with a "hurry up" glare and my sister, Trina, on the phone, as usual.

"Okay, go now! Enjoy your first day at school!" My dad smiled.

I kissed my dad goodbye while Trina didn't. She thinks she's too old for those kind of stuff.

There i was, standing in front of the entrance to the school bus. I loved how they designed the title of our school on the bus. It looked like a colorful graffiti. How neat. While I was admiring the sign, my sister got mad at me.

"Will you move already? These stilettos are killing me." She yelled.

"Then why did you bother to wear them, then?" I asked with an annoyed expression. I understood what I was saying but I know I won't like where this will be going.

"That's because it'll make me prettier, hotter, and certainly, more popular. Now move it, you idiot." She said it proudly.

Before I could take my first step on the school bus, I had to say something because she was completely getting on to my nerves.

"All you care about is your appearance. You never even cared, even a single time, about me, dad, nor mom. To be honest, you have been acting like a conceited and snobby fool." I replied. I regretted what I have said but its the truth. After all, it's better to hear the hurtful truth than the plastic lies.

Her face was in shock. I could almost see a tear drop at the corner of her eye. But she tried to hold back the tears. Great, now I feel bad.

"Will you two hurry up? I haven't got all day." The female driver told us. I'm surprised she's a female. It's pretty odd for a female to have a mustache. It's small though. But still.

"Yeah, yeah okay." Trina said.

I walked into the school bus and there were a lot of crazy students. Great. They were all so noisy, ugh. What else could go wrong?

I tried to find my seat and I saw a vacant seat next to a girl who looked pretty lonely. I tried to make my way through the idiotic students to go to my seat. This freshman started getting fresh on me. How disgusting.

Finally, I made my way through the rowdy students. I took a seat and the girl next to me just eyed me for a second and smiled at me, so I smiled back.

Now, I can reply to Toby's text after what I've been through. I got my phone from my backpack and texted him.

hi. seriously? you missed me? i thought you moved on already.. i find this awkward and a little bit sweet though.. haha.. :)

I waited for a few minutes for him to reply back. I'm still surprised that he still loves me! I can almost feel the butterflies in my stomach. Aahhhhh.

I felt a buzz from my phone. It was him! He texted back! Ohmygod! What the hell am I supposed to reply back if he says something about us??

Brave yourself, Victoria.
I opened the text and I was shocked from what he replied.

oops. sorry, wrong message. i meant to send that to my gf. but i missed you too

"wrong message." "to my girlfriend."
He has never even changed a single bit. I was so shocked that I wanted to cry but i had to hold back my tears because it would be embarrassing. He hurt me again. He moved on so fast after our breakup. If what we had was real, how could he be fine?
That... that jerk...
