I prepared the pull out from the sofa for Galaxy and comforted her. She was only a young child and she had been through so much already. I told her some stories of when id be acting stupid, of course she laughed and a few minutes later was asleep. I left a glowing light from the tv and went to my room to sleep. I worried about her so much that night.
The next morning i imediatly sprung out of bed and went to the kitchen for a cup of coffee. Were me and Galaxy orphans now? I wasnt letting our dick of a dad look after her but i couldnt leave her alone either. I called into the police office to my boss who politetly agreed to give me a few days off for grieving, with that i make pancakes and heard Galaxy walk into the kitchen with her teddie clenched in her hand.
Galaxy: Morning.
Crystal: Goodmorning how are you.
Galaxy: Good i guess *she said as she shrugged her shoulders*
I just smiled as i put the pancakes on her plate and then went to clean up. She offered to help but i just told her to go play some video games or something. She went really quiet and shes only quiet when shes up to something i snuck my head round the corner to see her not relaxing and cleaning i imediatly told her to stop and relax although she wouldn't listen to me.
Crystal: I told you not to clean!
Galaxy: I know, I know but i really want to help up I made a mess aswell.
Crystal: just listen to some music and relax.
Galaxy: I'll try.
And then she just say and relaxed as i kept cleaning and cleaning to to distract my mind. It didn't work all i could think about was my sister, my disfunctional family and the fact I killed a person. I ran to the bathroom and began to cry, I couldn't let Galaxy see me like this not right now.
