Thanksgiving special oneshot!!!

Hi guys! I decided to do a Thanksgiving special since I didn't do a Halloween one. Sorry for the late publish, I was really busy.

Jirou's Pov

Mmmmm. Love waking up to the sound of people screaming. This happens a lot, but maybe there's actually something going on worth watching. I get up from my bed slowly, and throw on a hoodie and leaving, already missing the warmth that the bed offered me.

We don't have class today because Sensei is our for some "important business" that none of us know. Midoriya said that we should celebrate an American holiday called Thanksgiving. It's where we sit around a table with food and say what we're thankful for.

I trust him this isn't going to bore me out of my mind, because he's been to America before. Then again, it's Midoriya we're talking about. This little boi exaggerates everything, making it seem like it's fun. Kinda annoying to be honest.

Seems like a simple enough holiday to take part in, but Bakugo's been taking the cooking food part really seriously and not letting anyone see his "creations". Mina's also going overboard with the decorations, picking up fallen leaves and throwing them all over the building. I hope she'll clean that up cause I sure won't.

Currently I'm sitting on the couch bundled up in like a thousand blankets, listening to music. Then my phone dies, and I just pinch the bridge of my nose in frustration. Why do phones die so fast these days? I know that there's battery pack thingies, but still.

And idea forms in my head...

Kaminari's Pov

I hear my name being called as I'm trying to eat some cheese from the bag that Bakubro's using to make who knows what. Who cares, cheese is awesome! I grab some before he sees, and take off in the direction that my name was called in.

Apparently, it was Kyoka that called my name, probably to give her some support or do something stupid. Either way, I'm happy to help because I like to see her happy. I also enjoy being the tape to hold all of us together.

She spots me, and I give her my signature grin, enjoying the flustered look she has on her face when I do so. "Hey Sparky, I need you to do something for me." She says, and holds up her dead phone. "Open your mouth." I oblige, and she plugs her phone into her charger and sticks the charger in my mouth.

I let out a mphhh! As her phone begins to rapidly gain more battery. She looks at it with an alarmed look, "Holy crap that actually worked!" She says, astounded. I give her a weak thumbs up this is a weird feeling. Like I'm concentrating all of my power to my mouth and discharging it.

I've never done it before, only with my hands. Hmm, does that mean that I can use my legs? Or my nose? The possibilities are limitless! In a few seconds, she yanks out her charger and pats my head. I'm not satisfied, and I feel like I deserve a hug for this.

I bury my face into her neck and pull her close. I know that she's probably mad at me since she doesn't like 'physical contact especially hugs', but whatever, I like hugging her. But to my surprise, we're not interrupted by her pushing me away, but by Bakubro calling,

"Come eat you morons!"

Camie's Pov

Man, I've never been to America before, but I've seen what their food looks like through the internet. They must really like giant portion sizing, because Bakubabe cooked up enough food to feed the entire school of UA.

But then again, it looks like he's inviting the entire school. I take a glance and see about 23-24 chairs all around a giant table that I'm guessing Yao-Momo helped make. It would make sense that she probably made the chairs too.

I'm guessing Aizawa-Sensei and Ms. Joke are coming, and they are probably going to be sitting at the head of the table. As everyone's choosing their seats I take a seat in between Bakubabe and Mina, so that we can talk about more ships.

The food's already here. The seating arrangements look like all the ships are sitting next to each other. Kendo and Tetsutetsu are also here, because I guess Sensei got Vlad King to let them come here. I wonder where Sensei is?

As if on cue, he staggers through the doorway with Ms. Joke and Shinsou following him. Of course, he sits down at the head of the table with his supposed 'girlfriend' on one side and his son on the other.

Once we all have food on our plates and are ready to eat, Midoriya stands up. I guess he's going to be going first. Not many people here know what they're supposed to do, so I'm pretty sure there aren't going to be a lot of people stating what they're thankful for.

Midoriya's Pov

I take a deep breath, and speak not for me, but for all of us.

"Most of you probably don't know what I'm doing. That's fine. I am thankful for all of you.

For all of you, being there for me, helping me grown stronger. I wouldn't be able to do it alone. For my rivals Bakugo Katsuki, and Todoroki Shoto. You both helped me reach my full potential. For Uraraka Ochaco, giving me my hero name and so much more. My encouragement to go along with this hero career, came from all of you supporting me and more importantly supporting each other. I thank you all for believing in me. And I'd like to thank my teachers, even though one of them isn't here at the moment. For our teachers, pushing us all to the limits, and even further. For my friendship with each and every one of you, each little this has helped us all to the people we can be.

So let's enjoy this dinner.

Together."

I sit down and wipe my tears.

After all, we all know that it's true.
