The silence is interrupted by the screams of a woman in labor. Doctors and nurses rush into the patient's room. A doctor with a bushy mustache walks into the room and put some rubber gloves on.

Doctor Ludwig: step aside my friends, now!

The other medical personnel make way for the doctor. Doctor Ludwig looks around and then moves his hands around the woman's stomach.

Doctor Ludwig: what is the problem?

Nurse Ann: it's a breech.

Doctor Ludwig: shit! we'll need to to perform a EVC.

Nurse Ann: give the doctor some space.

The doctor gentle applies pressure to the woman's stomach and after a an hour the baby's head was brought to it's correct place as the birth immediately started again. The woman started feeling heavy contractions as she screamed for the high heaven for it to end.

Doctor Ludwig:  Alright Mrs. Ivy, I can see the head. One more push is all we need, can you do that?

Poison Ivy: you try birthing a child and go through this pain! I'm gonna kill that asshole!

Doctor Ludwig: calm down Miss Ivy, just one last push should do it.

Poison Ivy pushed one last time when she felt the pressure being relieved. She collapsed onto the bed, and she realized something, she couldn't hear the cries of her own child. The medical personnel looked sympathetic, and the one thing that shocked them was that the child didn't have any amniotic fluid stuck in the body whatsoever. They gave the child to Poison Ivy.

Nurse Ann: it's a boy, I'm sorry Miss Ivy.

Then all of a sudden the baby opens it's eyes much to Ivy's delight. Ivy started laughing and crying tears of joy. The baby in her arms began to laugh out loud, surprising everyone else in the room.

Nurse  Ann: what's his name Miss Ivy?

Poison Ivy: his name is Y/n Isley.

Nurse Ann: a beautiful name form a beautiful child.

As the nurse walks away, Ivy asks her to stay for a while.

A Couple Hours later

Poison Ivy: hey um...Ann?

Nurse Ann: yes dear what's wrong?

Poison Ivy: why are his eyes this color?

Nurse Ann: *sees Y/n's eyes* oh dear...

Poison Ivy: what's wrong?

Nurse Ann: I'm afraid your child is half blind.

Poison Ivy: are you sure?

Nurse Ann: let me get Doctor Ludwig.

The nurse leaves the room to find Doctor Ludwig. After half an hour, Ann finds him in his office.

Doctor Ludwig: what is it this time?

Nurse Ann: *clears her throat* is that how you greet your respectable coworkers?

Doctor Ludwig: I'm sorry Ann, I've just had a troubling day. Forgive me, anyway is there something wrong?

Nurse Ann: well...it's about Miss Ivy's baby...

Doctor Ludwig: is there something wrong with him?

Nurse Ann: its just that I'm afraid that he's blind, but I came to get your help just to make sure.

Doctor Ludwig: alright let me grab my equipment and we'll head to their room.

Nurse Ann: alright.

The head to Poison Ivy's room to find the new mother cradling the newborn in her arms cooing to y/n. The little baby starts giggling causing Ivy to smile. Ivy looked to the door and smiled, seeing the doctor.

Ivy: hey doc...

Doctor Ludwig: *walking up to y/n* he looks perfectly healthy. Now let me see his eyes.

Ivy allows Doctor Ludwig to check his eyes. The doc moves a device over the infants eyes and it's screen changes from red to green signaling that the boys eyes were fine. He looked at Ivy and smirked at her.

Doctor Ludwig: he's fine, it's just the coloration of his eyes. You shouldn't worry, but right now we need to put him in the nursery for a little while.

Ivy: I haven't even started nursing him yet.

Doctor Ludwig: in that case, I'll let the baby stay with you for a while. I'll just come back in a couple of hours to put the baby in the nursery.

Ivy: thanks doc.

Doctor Ludwig: no problem.

Somewhere else in Gotham

Robin: hey Batman!

Batman: what is it this time Robin?

Robin: well, Poison Ivy just had a baby!

Batman: you mean an actual...

Robin: *cutting Batman off* baby, yeah! *calming down* it's a baby boy from what I've heard. Do you think she will stop committing crimes due to her having a child of her own?

Batman: I don't know... maybe...

Back to the Hospital

Ivy: *bringing y/n to her breast* come on little guy, I know you're hungry.

Y/n immediately latches onto her breast and starts suckling. Ivy pushes a strand of her hair out of her face and behind her ear. She smiles gingerly at y/n when she feels a cold breeze enter the room.

A/N: would it be sucking or suckling?

Ivy: Batman...

Batman: how did you?

Ivy: you're the only person that would this. Have you come to take my baby from me, the only Source of happiness I will ever have?

Batman: no, I'm not. I'm here to ask you about how this child will affect your criminal activities.

Ivy: don't worry Bat, I won't commit a crime until he's older. I don't want any harm coming to him. He's just too precious.

Batman: and if any harm comes to him at any point in time?

Ivy: I will hunt whoever hurt him down like a dog. They will know the meaning of Hell hath no Fury like a Woman Scorned.

Batman: Good to know, anyway I've gotta go. See ya around Ivy.

With that Batman left the new mother alone to her thoughts. Ivy just looked her child and smiled. After a while, Doctor Ludwig came back to the room and took the baby to the nursery. Ivy then decided to go to sleep on a clean bed.
